Monday more than one hundred firefighters and volunteers combed the woods where Linda Gale Reed's vehicle was found off Interstate 55 near Crystal Springs.

After days of searching and not finding her, someone (possibly LE) suggested family call Equusearch. Preparations had to be made. Tim had to meet with LE. Calls had to be made to find members who could go to Mississippi.

That's the way it almost always works. TES rarely gets called immediately. When they do it's local to Houston and a child. That could be why they are called "search and recovery" rather than "search and rescue"

Exactly! I just wish they would clarify that Linda was seen arriving and leaving Wal Mart twice or that it was just the one time. Confusing indeed!!!!

So with all these last sighting claims what are we to believe she left Walmart at 7.pm, 7.30pm, 9.30pm, the latter being after she has allegedly spoken to her husband. If she is on camera at 9.30pm then she did go back a second time..:waitasec:

I'm having link issues. It's a story about LE searching for someone posing as LE and pulling people over in MS and killing them. It talks about the man that was shot that was discussed a while back.

I doubt they are related because the other two were just pulled over and shot and left there. Also they took place in the early morning hours of 1AM & 2AM. LR's vehicle was hidden and she is no place to be found...and no mention of any violence/blood in her car. The other two were only 55 miles apart vs her's was 250 miles further south. imo

IMO, LR's abduction is not related to the MS highway shootings. There are not any MSM articles to support the theory. It is not clear if LR actually made a second trip to Walmart, even if that were her intentions. Unless a second trip is verified, I believe we have to use the 9 PM phone call to her husband as the last contact. It would be interesting to know the actual time she spoke to "coworkers" at the business site, presumably sometime after the 7:30 PM Walmart trip time stamp. Were these coworkers the owners? Curious that a sheet metal/fabrication business would have workers there on a Sunday evening. Did LR walk into a nefarious act or find something fishy with the books? JMO.

The owner of a business that employed missing Copiah County woman Linda Reed confirmed Tuesday that he is working with law enforcement to find out if its possible that she could have been embezzling money before she disappeared.
Shannon Moore, of Moores Fabrications in Gallman, said Reed has worked for him since 1999. She had check-signing authority over his business, he said.
