Any information we can come up with on the timelines of when Nancy was last seen by the people at the party she attended on Friday night until she was discovered missing by Jessica Adam and reported to Law Enforcement (LE) can be posted here for discussion. Feel free to add to the list as information becomes available or to create your own. Narrowing the timeline will provide us with a more accurate picture of when Nancy went missing and help to determine the TOD.

Friday, July 18, 2008 - Late in the afternoon, Brad Cooper's attornies released this statement.

Brad's attorney said his client "is not a suspect, not a person of interest, and he has been very, very clear with the police: He did not kill his wife."

He said his client is a private man and not accustomed to all of the media attention. He then continued, "Brad Cooper is also a man in mourning. He has lost his wife. He is grieving. It's been reported that in the Spring of 2008, Nancy wanted to return to Canada with the two children. At first, her husband Brad agreed. But Brad changed his mind and 'hid' the children's passports, thus preventing Nancy from moving back to Canada.

It's also been reported, that just prior to her disappearance and murder, Nancy had spent some time on vacation with her family in parts of the U.S. She had just returned from this trip at the time of her disappearance. Her friends have also made statements that after she came back for her trip, she wasn't feeling well and was 'tired.'

I’m going to go ahead and post this in the Timeline thread for lack of a better and convenient place to put it. In a way it ties into the time line because Nancy’s friends speak of conversations they had with her within the week she was murdered and I found them somewhat telling.

There seemed to be a common thread running through the statements her friends provided in their affidavits……….Nancy was extremely angry, after returning home from a trip from Hilton Head, to find the house she had apparently taken great pains to clean prior to leaving, in “shambles” as one friend described it. She was also very upset that there were no groceries in the house and that Brad had not replenished them.

The other common thread was that Brad was very “angry” that Nancy was painting her friend’s house to earn money to purchase food.

Following is taken from affidavits:

Diana Tabachow
-spent last 1-1/2 hrs at BBQ talking to NC who told her her & BC were back in “hate mode”
-NC told DT at a cookout at DT’s house on Memorial Day (May 26) that she recently found out about “multiple” affairs during her and BC discussing separation

Hannah Pritchard
-NC had recently been out of town vacationing with family (Hilton Head)….returned 5 days prior to her death
-NC tells her of the mess in the house she returned to and says she should have taken pictures of it
-HP states no doubt in her mind BC killed NC
-also states that NC went home from the BBQ at midnight

Theresa Hackeling MD
-spoke with NC on Fri Jul 12th at 3:40 pm said NC had recently returned from HH vacation and was extremely upset due to home being in “shambles” when she returned
-believes that after her conversation that night that NC “never” wanted to be with BC as husband/wife anymore and up to that point had only stayed because it was a temp situation
-no groceries in the house when NC returned from HH….BC had not replenished
-asked BC for that weeks allowance which he refused because she was making money from painting at Jessica Adams’ house

Diana Duncan
-NC told her she was “very angry” due to BC cutting her allowance because she was earning money painting
-also mentions water being cutting off in the house and states BC wasn’t living in the house at that time

Jennifer Fetterolf
-saw NC on Jul 8th when NC told her how “angry” BC was because she was helping Jessica paint……she told him it was so she could earn extra money to purchase food for the girls
-BC told NC he wasn’t giving her the money that was “due on Sun Jul 6th” since she was getting it elsewhere
-NC tells JF when she arrives home at 11pm from Hilton Head trip finds house in shambles…..also mentions BC’s yellow-brown sheets

Clea Morwick
-NC tells her about no food in the house after returning from HH
-NC tells her how “angry” she is that house is such a mess when she returns
-says NC worked hard to get house in order/cleaned before her trip

Desiree Jackson
-knows of house being a mess and that BC did not clean up after himself while NC on vacation
-mentions BC not attending press conferences or memorial for NC and that he wasn’t there for the girls when they needed him most.

Jessica Adam
-expected NC around 8 am on Sat Jul 12
-from her personal knowledge of marriage history and circumstances surrounding NC’s death believes BC murdered her

Thanks sleuthy :seeya:.....hopefully it will be something we can refer back to in the future.

I hope this info is also helpful for any LE types who need some assistance compiling/summarizing info. It's concise and straightforward!

Well I think this was a lot better than my spreadsheet,
even though I'm beginning to think I did a pretty good
job since this is my first case.

Not that spelling matters, but I don't think her name
is Diana. And I'm not sure about the spelling of
HMP.

You're right about the spellings Bob&Bob......thanks for pointing that out out......I'll see if the mods can change them.

I did notify a mod about the names and requested a change but I think that Caylee Anthony forum has them major tied up.......so..........the correct names are:

Damia Tabachow (not Diana)

and

Hannah Prichard (not Pritchard)

Saturday, July 12, 2008...10 - 10:30 a.m. - Brad claims Hannah Prichard called for Nancy. Brad explained Nancy was out having coffee and he’d have her call back upon her return.

I had not seen this before!! Huh?? He tells someone she is out having coffee?? WTF? Why would he do that? How would he know this?

Saturday, July 12, 2008..12:00 noon (approximate) Brad claims he began to worry because Nancy hadn’t yet returned. Brad allegedly began calling Nancy’s friends for Carrie’s phone number. No one knew it nor her last name.

Saturday, July 12, 2008...12:30 - 1:00 p.m. - Brad again contacted Jessica and said Nancy was still not back and asked her for Carrie’s phone number.

This doesn't make sense to me. If BC had just talked to JA about Carrie, wouldn't it make sense to call JA FIRST to Carrie's phone number, since she says she knows her?!

Thursday, July 24, 2008.…..Please note, there was a volley of affidavits submitted by bother sides.

Friday, July 24, 2008.….with two supervised visits for the father, Bradley Cooer, during this period.

Just a couple of typos you may want to clean up just in case this timeline is being used in an official way. :)
