First day in the court lot it was $7. Second day $10. Today $20. Same lot. The lot attendant warned me the price was going up due to Super Bowl. He felt bad that court people were having to pay higher prices - they weren't downtown for the festivities. But he's only the attendant.

One thinks Deanna is way more involved in the murder than anyone knows! Really? And she took pictures of the afternoon sex, the shower pics then threw the camera in the washer and left Jodi's palm print on the wall? Then of course Jodi has kept quiet all these years to protect Deanna

JSS is absolutely required to allow them to make these accusations if they are conceivably relevant to Jodi's case (which they are). Judges are not permitted to throw out evidence on the ground that people are "obviously lying"--that's up to the jury to decide.

No, she showed a tee shirt to imply that she was a poor little victim. And offered to teach spanish and to create some type of recycling club. LOL. But what I am speaking of now is a full blown, angry, defiant Jodi...blaming the jury if they do not give her life with a chance at parole. I can actually see her TELLING them how to decide her punishment and that she is NOT sorry and that Travis DESERVED what he got. I can see her doing that. Of course, they would give her the DP but she would feel that she got the last word.

That is a customs declaration form. You declare what you are bringing back into your country. You cannot fly into a foreign country without going through their immigration. Almost every country has immigration officers waiting when you get off the plane. You give them the form stating how long you plan to be in the country, where you are staying and other questions pertaining to your stay. When you arrive, they stamp it and you place it in your passport until you are ready to leave. The first place you go after getting your tickets to leave the country is back through their immigration so they can stamp the card that you are leaving the country. I traveled outside the country yearly for over 40 years and you must go through immigration for the country you are visiting.

We are not citizens of the countries we visit so we would need to go through their immigration. That is what JW was referring to when she asked about the immigration papers. And it is the wrong term because it's a card and DR would not have a copy of it as you turn it in as you leave the country.

OT. Way OT ... The Phoenix lots are only charging what it costs to park in downtown Seattle on a daily basis (actually, in some cases, the PHX charge is a little less). So, Ziggy, as a Seattleite ... my apologies for the 1% invading. I'm not among them. However ... Go Hawks!

Last thought for the night.......no wonder the DT wanted to conduct the retrial in secret. No wonder Nurmi argued that if seen in the light of day, in open court, the DT's defense strategy would be discussed for years to come.

The playing out of their abomination of a strategy, whatever its origins, is the best evidence imaginable for why courtrooms must be wide open to the public.

One of the twitterers said they paid $40 at a parking lot yesterday that usually charges $20. (I'll stay in Tucson and pay $5.00/day, if downtown).

And somehow, from testimony today, they got that the jury will think Travis is guilty of infecting the communal computer, because TA's own computer had pop up *advertiser censored* on it, just like the Bishops. Therefore, it must have been Travis. :waitasec:

And they think that Deanna 'admitted' she was back in town in time for the couch altercation to take place. And they think the jury will still believe it happened because it has not been ruled out. ummmm...ok:no:

Geez, another delay, but this time it's the SuperBowl's fault -- due to the SuperBowl being in Phoenix causing all sorts of traffic problems, accommodations problems, etc.

I mean seriously, did the Court not know the SuperBowl would be in town this week, as well as the effects that a SuperBowl has on a city regarding accommodations, etc. ?

BUT ...

- IF JSS would have denied JA and her DT's requests for delay after delay, then maybe this re-trial would have been finished by December 18, 2014 and the SuperBowl would not be an issue.

- IF JSS would have told JA and her DT to STOP the frivolous, unethical tactics and shenanigans, then maybe this re-trial would have been finished by December 18, 2014 and the SuperBowl would not be an issue.

- IF JSS would NOT have shut down the courtroom to the public and media, which caused additional delays because the DT took it to the appellate court, then maybe this re-trial would have been finished by December 18, 2014 -- or maybe finished in early January 2015, and the SuperBowl would not be an issue.

- IF ... but I won't go on and on ...
