i can't understand most of what Dick says but he had to have known in some way his grandson was involved in the days kidnapping.

These counties are rural, with not a lot of money for infastructure. Short of going out of district to Memphis, Chattanooga or Nashville, there may not be any better choices for a location. Over the weekend, the Nicks were saying how impressed they are with the Judge. He said in that district, due to population and funding, the judges have to handle ALL cases, civil and criminal, so you have to really know your stuff.
 
these 911 calls had to have been significant for LE...frankly I don't have a clue what took all these years other than just incompetence.

Yes I imagine that is true...given how close this is to the murder county I would rather have seen it go to a big city but I guess "jury of your piers".

Def. attorney playing games here again asking him to "highlight" things..bottom line this is damning evidence and I see so way to counteract it other than to show that Dick called regularly and this night was not different.
