Zach Adams on trial for the kidnapping and murder of Holly Bobo- Sept 13 & 14, 2017

Just being honest, so far I've seen nothing that I would say is incriminating for ZA. This is a very one-sided match between the attorneys. The State comes across as much more qualified to argue this case. However, nothing yet has shown ZA's guilt. I really hope this changes soon.

So far the State has done a great job showing Holly was taken and is dead, but haven't tied to anyone specifically. I really hope there is more evidence of guilt.

I think they are just setting the scene now. There have been a few tidbits that are interesting. A few days before she was kidnapped, Zach was driving around in a white pickup, at the end of her street, and zoomed up to and scared a female jogger, telling her he didn't mean to scare her, but he thought she was a 'friend' of his who lived on that road.

It makes it seem like he was out trolling for Holly that day. And it was a white pick up that was seen driving away fast from the scene of Holly's kidnapping.

Nothing they have shown so far ties Zach to the crime yet, but they are setting the scene. His ex girlfriend says he is violent and he and his friends made comments about being involved in the crime.

So when one of those same friends comes to the witness stand, and testifies for the state, describing the rape and murder, and saying Zach was the ringleader, I think it will be powerful.

One of those young men has already committed suicide. That is powerful too.

hey most days I can't tell you what I have on!!

I know I either have on purple or light blue underwear because those are the colors I own lol. As for shoes. I own 4 pair. Bra? White or grey and white. Pants? Black or grey sweatpants or jeans. I don't wear khakis anymore. Now my t shirt? THATS different. I have 10 graphic tees and 9 sweaters/hoodies. Boom. My husband could easily tell what I was wearing today by process of elimination.

This is so sad... a beautiful, vivacious young girl disintegrated down to skull, bones, and tattered belongings. :(

I'm here and will post

I'm getting tickled by the gloves they keep putting on... Um, the same pair were wore while handling multiple items, and the prosecutor handled the purse with no gloves and I think Holly's Mom did as well. Soooo... not sure what the gloves are being put on...

Wow... so lunch bag, sim card, remains, panties, all found by locals! Amazing! Shows how much LE needs to work with locals in all missing persons cases!

:seeya:

JMO but from the testimony presented so far, it appears that LE's immediate focus was on the wrong set of peeps who had a criminal/sexual offender history.

ZA and the rest of the A's were right under LE's nose from the get go. So why didn't they "bug" ZA's house - they "bugged" TB's house. They had photos of ZA with scratches, and he was wearing CROCS in that photo ! And allegedly there was some sort of shoeprint that resembled a Croc.

No wonder the Bobo's family and friends did their own investigating.

:moo:

Just thought I'd check in because so busy and not keeping up...

Very interesting discussion today - thank you Ladies, LOL

FWIW My wife likely knows what I wore since she does all the laundry and puts it in the drawers. So if I go missing while fishing down the river...

JMO

*Green* BTW.

If it was my daughter - I'd want that key chain back....

My sister was killed in a single car accident a few years back. The one thing I told my brother in-law I wanted was her car keys as they had also been my Mom's keys at one time(my sister got my mom's jeep after she too had passed)I keep that keychain and keys in my purse.:)

Mother may have enjoyed shopping for her daughter as well as for herself. Mother & daughter may also have been the same size (easier to shop for).

Mother is a teacher & prob very organized as well

Maybe Mom did all the laundry.

Interesting to hear them talking on Channel 5plus that the female defense attorney has been on other high profile cases and is thought to be experienced (I wouldn't have necessarily thought so.) and aggressive (I agree on that one). When I googled her I also learned that we have the battle of the Jennifer's, as the prosecutor is also named Jennifer and has won death penalty cases.

Regarding being able to identify what clothing, shoes, etc were missing from the home....I've realized my memory is not good. When my children were younger, I tried remembering what they had wore to school, and I couldn't. No way I could have figured out what was missing unless it was a favorite of theirs. However, I have a friend, she can meet someone ONE time, and remembers their name, what was said, and what they looked like. She'll see them again, and start talking like I'm suppose to know who it is...Ummmm...the majority of the time I have no idea who she is talking about!

I'm amazed at the amount of stuff that was found in this one area! I missed part of the testimony, so was anything remains wise, found other than the skull?

IIRC when the special agent currently testifying began her testimony, she said they went to search near where the skull and bones were found. Anyone else catch that?

Thank you everyone for the tweets and information. I work full-time, so I cannot watch. I would LOVE to watch this trial as I have been waiting for years for justice for Holly. This case really struck me hard. She was sweet, and she was taken from her home while leaving for school. I know she was 20, but she still seemed so young to me.

Does the defendant have any family members or friends sitting in court?
