Have the 2 ruleouts been submitted "in reverse" ie submit Donald Johnson to Namus ID 714/Doe 166umga and Gregory Eugene Thompson to the file for Namus ID 626/Doe 1026umga?

It just seems logical to do that considering both uids were: Black, found in same county within about 6 weeks of each other and have an estimated age overlap.
