"he is saying she is no longer yours, she is mine".. that seemed too much theory on psyche. But your view, I can't say much.

I think his goal is simple, to thwart the identification. So, what is significant about this? What happens if Jessica is identified?

if Jessica was immediately id'd, good chance he would have been as the last one with her--after time, memories lapse, people misremember, things cloud, mesh together,etc.

Very good. So, he has ties to Jessica. You say it may be a john/ the last john. Possible. I think her last john is also dead. He is John Doe 2003. Someone/The Band busted them in a motel room. Took their money. Raped Jessica and killed them both.

Peaches Doe? You think she's a LISK victim? I do. What do you say?

Just out of curiosity why do you think this about Jessica and John doe?

to be fair/accurate, I said last one with her, doesn't necessarily have to be a john--but there is a very good chance he has some type of ties to Jessica or her former bf(good ties or bad)-- good theory on JD 2003, and the scenario you suggest to go along with it--only second time someone that i have read has suggested that JD 2003 theory

--as far as Peaches, still not sure yet--on the proverbial fence since I am not fully committed either way to GB4 and the others being connected--I know people point to the common burial general area as being conclusive evidence that they are the same, but recently an identified CT serial killer dumped 7 right on top of where a vic from the 90's was dumped by a non-serial----pure coincidence--some suggested he must have heard about it, but that doesn't jive since he was not there then---the beach just might be the best place to dump a body if the killers are from there/not too far from there

OK. Here's what I think about Peaches. Comparing her (1997) to Jessica (2003) as is may be misleading. Do not forget the timeline that things are in constant evolution.

She's rumored to be a working girl. Found naked. Hands and head cut off. (Also the legs probably to fit her in the rubber maid container) Found along a roadside.

So, if I have to make a guess, since there is only one truth, I say she is LISK victim 99%. What do you say?

The burner phone and the min had to be bought some how...some way.
I know there isn't much we can do or anyone really but wouldn't police at least be able to narrow down where the phone or min to put on the phone were bought at. I think that'd say a lot about him.

This is a recording of a man who lived in Shirley NY. at the time of the long Island serial killings. This man beat me nearly to death and raped me. He sent me this message after I tried to report him. Is this the same vioce that called Amanda, Melissa Barthelemy's sister? If so I know the killers name.
 
She said this was the message she got after she tried to report him. I dont understand what tried means? It sounds like only part of the tape was played.
 
Im not taking this tape seriously. Unless hes arrested and the tape given to police.
 
Its worth checking out cause why not but I'm not taking it seriously either till something comes of it.

I have thought for some time the only way LE will catch this guy is if one of his would be victims, family member or a prostitute who had a bad experience with him would report him to LE. Preferably they would go to the FBI or state police. I would not trust SCPD to follow up on a good lead.
 
If memory serves, sks who murder prostitutes typically do not murder every prostitute that they hire. Many have girlfriends and wives and sometimes they have victim who gets away.
 
Can anyone from the LI area tell me what has happened to Carmen Monaco? He certainly displays some of the characteristics of the lisk. Plus there is that whole thing about "killing" his victims and "dumping them in Manorville with all of the other *advertiser censored*." I guess he was referring to JB's victims.

I fully believe that he has had a few escorts he hasn't killed and probably at least one who has gotten away that's why this should be checked out but till then I just can't take it seriously.

The thing with this video is it sounds real. He isn't overly screaming or overly creepy.
