LE: won't confirm if not everyone has been poly'd.

NG taking call from APD former homicide, now polygrapher.....asking about poly on preg.women...APA std - not recommended...no, we don't as policy & rule...depending on how pregnant...possibly if a few weeks, but generally no they don't.

NG apologized to Lt - Lt says yeah, they can't give it....Lt saying he can't talk about who's had polys.

hold up.. Penshorn just said that he agrees that someone in the house may not be sharing what all they know with police!

Lt. agrees - with that many people in the house, obviously there are people there w/ info that aren't sharing it with police.

Wow. At least as of right now we can say LE gave a bit of new information.
Why aren't they talking?
What are they hiding?

That leads me to think that something happened in the house.

Someone (?): dogs have hit on nothing. Every piece of evidence has come from that home. Tarp. Bucket. Mom. Dad. Problems... (including the mom/dad, it sounds like this person believes)

BBM

I also believe that is exactly what happened. An accident maybe, but something being covered up as a missing child. :( MOO

Happens all the time, the more adults at a location the less anyone is paying attention, because everyone thinks someone else is watching.

If the trailer is not sitting level it may very well be a case that the door shuts on its own, not uncommon either.

Again, not siding one way or another, but there are often two sides to most theories.

Who were the seven adults at the home?

NG asking 'did this boy leave the home on his own volition'...mom says he could not.

Unleashing the lawyers....mom says he can't turn door knob speaks to her defense

Playing audio from previous show w/ NG & mom talking about Joshua turning door knob.

I wonder if he is nearby - the way they keep saying that he didn't get outside and the mom says 'he's nowhere near here' (or something like that). Sounds like they don't want folks to search nearby, kwim? Like they want the searching to be far far away.

Make sense?

Mom: he can't reach doorknob.

Someone (?): 8 adults in a very small area. Interviewed every one of them. Child HAD to have been within eyeshot of an adult at all times. Only reasonable explanation is was carried out/driven away.

Someone else (?): taken clothes parents had on that night (is that what she said?).

A TH saying child had to be in eyeshot of adults...thinks child was handed to somebody that drove off...only reasonable explanation he could think of.

Reporter saying LE took clothes that mom & dad wore that night.

Michael Board: got very best detectives on this case -- Texas Rangers. Very qualified. The TR and FBI will be able to find out if someone in that house is involved.

Again, looking at the timeline (unless both parents are lying and LE isn't releasing that info. as nobody else in the house has come fwd. to say "no" I didn't see him at all that night) then we are looking at a small window for disposal, unless it was the person who left around that time. If we are looking at the small window then he is/was close by. If he was, he should have been found, or LE missed him. So that leaves either LE screw up or the person who left mid way through, correct? Other options?

Michael Board said if TX Rangers & FBI involved, they'll find out if somebody in house involved.

Lt. saying not simply case of stranger taking child....something in or around this home lead to his disappearance....when officers got to scene, interior door was open, outside door with broken latch was closed.

Lt. Penshorn:

-mainly looking at something happened to this child in/around this house that led to his disappearance.
-talking about storm door with broken latch being only one closed on the front when LE was there (Beli: doesn't mean it was that way that night, kwim?)
- tracker dogs: several different types -- cadaver, SAR, prison dogs.
