"Kampfer referred further questions to the Mitchell County Jail, where officials said Dunn was booked on misdemeanor charges of hindering apprehension and prosecution."

Hindering apprehension and prosecution of whom? Has it been said whether SA was definitely arrested and charged?

They weren't trying to arrest him. They were there to serve him with a warrant for the search of his body. She lied and said he wasn't there.

SNYDER, Texas -- Search warrant affidavits acquired by KTXS through the Freedom of Information Act show the warrant used by law enforcement in Scurry County Thursday night was used to look for more child *advertiser censored*.

http://www.ktxs.com/news/27240749/detail.html

The affidavit also mentions that pornographic images were found on Adkins' cell phone, and in the computer of Renee N. in Dunn, Texas. This same home was where investigators served the warrant Thursday and took electronic devices. Another resident of that home told authorities that Shawn Adkins used their computer "all the time".

The warrant also mentions that 2 Kodak Easy Share cameras were in the home, and that pornographic images found on Adkins' phone were taken on a Kodak Easy Share camera

ughhhhhhhhhhh.

So this fool is STILL messing with child *advertiser censored*.............no words. None. And if he has the cameras....and he was taking pictures, well, I don't want to think about that.

From teh's link:
The affidavit confirms earlier reports by KTXS that child *advertiser censored* was found on a computer, and one memory stick in the home of Hailey Dunn in Colorado City.

Also mentions that *advertiser censored* was found on every device they searched.

More EVERYTHING:

The affidavit confirms earlier reports by KTXS that child *advertiser censored* was found on a computer, and one memory stick in the home of Hailey Dunn in Colorado City. In the slack space, or the area of the computer where items had been deleted, the FBI found images of child *advertiser censored* and other obscene images including adult *advertiser censored*, deviant sexual behavior, and bestiality.

The affidavit also mentions that pornographic images were found on Adkins' cell phone, and in the computer of Renee Norwood in Dunn, Texas. This same home was where investigators served the warrant Thursday and took electronic devices.

Good God, so every computer/electronic device he touched ended up having *advertiser censored* on it. Wow. That is definitely a *advertiser censored* addiction right there. Holy Cow.

Well it wont be long now until he goes to jail for a very long time.

That's the bit that really bugs me.............please tell me it was just regular *advertiser censored*, and not child *advertiser censored* pictures that were taken with those cameras.

This is getting uglier by the moment. I think this might be worse than we all imagined...

Unless it was child *advertiser censored*, why would it matter if there were photos of adults taken with the EasyShare Camera? I have a bad feeling about this....

I just wrote to the author of this article requesting that he/they please post the search warrants and attached affidavits online for me (us) to read.

I did not mention WS; I wrote him as a private citizen.

I will let you all know if he responds, and if so, whether he agrees to do so or not.

More information regarding all the electronic devices that Shawn used:

J. Bruce Flournoy, of the Garza County Sheriff's Department, issued the request. He goes on to add that pornographic images have been found on every electronic device that law enforcement has been able to search. Shawn Adkins, according to the affidavit, doesn't own a computer, and has been using friends' and relatives' computers. All of the other users of those computers, according to the affidavit, deny any knowledge of child *advertiser censored* on their devices.

Another warrant was issued, out of Howard County, but the judge in that case has refused to give the search warrant affidavits to the media. That warrant is believed to have been for body of Shawn Adkins. Most likely to obtain DNA evidence.

Me too...also interesting to note, from this same article:

Shawn Adkins, according to the affidavit, doesn't own a computer, and has been using friends' and relatives' computers.

Why Garza County? Garza County is Post, TX - which is close to Dunn but I wasn't aware that they had reviewed / received any "potential" evidence or search requests. First time I'm hearing this one...did I miss this previously?
