I have to believe that it was the defence that wanted this video entered in as evidence and were the ones to argue their case yesterday. Now they can use it against her during cross. I can't see how it is beneficial to the prosecution?

McClintic appears to be drawing a map of the area where she says Tori was killed. She describes a laneway, a rock pile, a fence and several trees. There was also a house nearby with a driveway.

You would think that with such a high profile trial attended by dozens of media representatives from far and wide, the court could spring for a quality, reliable audio system. :banghead:

So much for the big deal made here over which one of them may or may not be left- or right-handed. Many right-handed people write sloping backwards and vice-versa just because they like to. See here .

@AuntieQ2 Everything I'm describing is the video. I will let you know when McClintic speaks in court. So far, all we've done is watch video



I thought it was pretty clear by following the tweets that Adrian was describing the video. Oh well.
 
Det.-Sgt. Jim Smyth asks if there is anything missing from her description of what happened. McClintic says there is not.
