okay thanks...usually they have some comments in advance of the regular court day ...at least I thought they did.
 
JA appeared to be enjoying toying with the defense, too bad he discovered he likes working with the good guys too late. That's one thing that really gets driven home by this case. Just the sheer amount of people who it has left devastated in its wake. Like a tsunami in the town, it appears almost every local was touched by this case in some way.

I agree on the cell phone pings!!! These pings are literally THE CASE!

But here is the clincher...it's a catch-22 for the defense....by even acknowledging ZA was with JA via cell phone pings and timeline of the morning, the defense would be acknowledging a lie in their own opening statement of "Zachary Adams has never laid eyes on Holly Bobo".

I think prosecution hasn't brought them up because in fact, if they did, Autry's pings would come possibly straight from Shayne Austin's place, barn or Zach's house. (I know he says he went to Austins for drugs, but I believe these pings might put him there at an earlier time like we are all suspecting.)

So by either party acknowledging these pings and bringing them into evidence, both sides are destroying their own client's story.

Although the flailing defense was trying to do something yesterday with those maps and possibly cell phone pings later but I think it's clear nothing was done/said/impactful because the defense never got around to proving their point.
