Can't help but wonder if the barrell is blue!

About 45 miles from Belton High School...could Kara Kopetsky be a possibility?

I thought about her too. I think until police release more information, anyone can be a possibility.

Hoping that they can ID who this is in a timely fashion. There are so many possibilities it's difficult to even fathom a guess at this point, at least until a gender is determined. Wonder how long they've been there.

I hope that LE is keeping an eye on Shon Pernice

Me too. How far is this from the lovely Drew Petersons home?

Many hours driving wise...probably 8 or more.

As far as referencing the use of a barrel, there is a serial murderer case from the KC area who used barrels to put bodies in, however, those barrels were found in a storage facility. Also, there are still missing KC victims from Richard Grissom (I think that is the correct name). Those murderers both operated in a different area of the city, which for those unfamiliar, is really a metro area that combines a dozen or more separate municipalities in both Kansas and Missouri, which are all usually referred to collectively as "Kansas City".

It is scary to think about how many different people these bones could belong too.

Prayers for this person and their family.

-[[-bbm,,, If I am correct u are thinking of John Robertson as the name of the guy]

Robinson was the one with the barrels. ...

So, I wonder if this is either Lisa Stasi, Catherine Clampitt, or Paula Godfrey, given that their presumed killer (and Kansas City area local) John Robinson has a history of putting his victims in barrels.

"Bones found in a metal barrel Friday were those of a woman who wore a wig, authorities said Monday."

"Wyandotte County Coroner Alan Hancock said the bones were of a woman in her late 20s to early 40s who was probably white and about 5 feet, 6 inches tall.

She wore a brown wig, three rings and a beaded necklace, he said.

The remains were at least five or six years old, he said."

I wonder if Starr Boomer wore a wig? Her mother must know that, right?
