Current News **NO DISCUSSION HERE PLEASE**

Tucked at the bottom of the Wesh.com website page is a late report on the deposition primarily featuring Casey Anthony's lawyer Mr. Greene.

I note there are no such "positive comments" from Mr. Greene once the deposition was completed.

Details of Casey Anthony's deposition will be hashed out in court on Dec. 8th.

Thanks WhiteAngora - have reposted - hope it works this time.

Zenaida Gonzalez’s deposition in her defamation suit against Casey Anthony was a 12-hour epic that unfolded Tuesday.
Jacqueline Fell of Central Florida News 13 reported that “Gonzalez has said over and over she wants closure. In her deposition, Anthony’s civil attorney continually asks, ‘What does that mean? And if you could put a dollar amount on this closure, how much are you looking for?’ ‘
Do the clips make you want to see the full deposition? It will be released Monday.

The only suspect in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner , who went missing in Aruba during a weeklong trip last August, will be a free man by Tuesday, according to one of his attorneys.
Gary Giordano's lawyer, Jose Baez, told ABC News that Giordano would be freed Tuesday night at 8 p.m. and could be home as early as Wednesday.
"Justice delayed is justice denied," Baez said.
"It doesn't even pass the laugh test," Baez said today on "Good Morning America." "You're going to say a person goes to an island he has never been to before and doesn't leave a trace of a crime. I don't buy it. I don't buy it."

On Central Florida News 13, Jacqueline Fell said that Gonzalez in the deposition was “calm, agitated, angry at times and even emotional. She broke down when she said she wanted her name cleared for the sake of her daughters.”
Fell also explained how the opposing attorneys saw the marathon deposition. “Her attorneys said it was absurd and just an attempt to wear her down,” Fell said. “But Casey Anthony’s civil attorneys said it shows Gonzalez’s deception.”
News 13 aired footage of Gonzalez explaining that she left a cleaning job because she didn’t want to cause problems. “I didn’t say I was fired,” she said.

Gary Giordano left prison in an SUV with his lawyers, entering the vehicle behind a concrete wall so he was hidden from journalists waiting outside. He made no statements as he drove off, followed by a caravan of reporters, his immediate destination unclear. It was too late to catch a direct commercial flight back to the U.S.

By Anthony Colarossi, Orlando Sentinel - 5:51 p.m. EST, November 30, 2011
A long-awaited evidentiary hearing is scheduled for Thursday morning in the case of veteran death row inmate Tommy Zeigler.
Supporters of the man convicted of killing his family and a customer inside his Winter Garden furniture store on Christmas Eve 1975 say this may be Zeigler's last chance to try to prove his innocence – something he has maintained all these years.
He and his attorneys want new DNA testing conducted on bloodstained evidence from the crime scene.
An earlier round of DNA testing failed to clear Zeigler. Seven years ago this month, Zeigler's legal team and now retired prosecutor Jeff Ashton argued about DNA findings that showed some blood evidence discovered on Zeigler's shirt was originally linked to the wrong victim.
