Dear Websleuths Members,

Please DO NOT bring in family members of the victim's and suggest they might have had something to do with the crime. As of right now, there is ZERO evidence to suggest this is the case.

People, please think about what Abby and Liberty's loved ones are going through right now.

They lost their two angels to murder and now they read on the Internet people are ripping their lives apart.

Same thing with any random person you happen to bring up. These people do not deserve to have their lives spread out and accusations made against them based on a theory with nothing to back it up.

I know it's frustrating when you go on other sites and they are talking about EVERYTHING but we just do not work that way on Websleuths.

You are anonymous behind your computer screen. Doesn't hurt you if you post something that's not true about a grieving family member. You step away from your computer and all is well. Meanwhile, your words are like burning hot knives in people's hearts.

Carroll County Sheriff Toby Leazenby said Abigail Williams and Liberty German were last seen around 1 p.m. when they were dropped off to go hiking at High Bridge, just east of Delphi.

Police ID bodies of Indiana girls

Two bodies found along a northern Indiana stream are those of two teenage girls who went missing Mondayand their deaths are being investigated as homicides, authorities said on Wednesday.

State Police Sgt. Kim Riley said autopsies performed Wednesday determined that the bodies are those of Liberty German, 14, and Abigail Williams, 13, both of Delphi.

Their bodies were found Tuesday afternoon along Deer Creek near Delphi, about 60 miles northwest of Indianapolis. Police said the girls’ bodies were about three-quarters of a mile from an abandoned railroad bridge where they were dropped off Monday to go hiking.

RILEY: We have looked at it. We`ve blown it up. As a matter of fact, that was done right after we got the picture -- we had access to the picture. And if you look at the far end of the tracks, it looks like there`s two people actually standing there. But if you blow the picture up, you`ll notice that there`s actually three poles there to keep cars from being -- trying to drive across the bridge. So that`s the marks that you see at the end of the tracks.

I caught a little bit of LivePD tonight hoping they would mention the girls but I didn't see anything. I also turned it on right after I saw the post yesterday but they had gone to another story.

Did anyone catch it last night and is there a transcript or video?

For a donation, folks picked up a pack of orange bulbs at local stores.Proceeds will go to the families of the victims.

"It's very important," said Del Babcock. "I'm a family friend with the German family, known them for a long time. I think they appreciate all the support they can get."

The support can be seen up and down so many streets here.

"And he's going to get caught and when he does he's going to get what he deserves. I'm very emotional," said Jessica Babcock. She said she knows the victims families.

"I've had the FBI at my house. State police was here today going door to door asking questions,"she said. "I have two young children myself, a three-year-old and a four-year-old. I don't even trust them to come out and play anymore."

Amber Vandervort said the orange light were important, even to her kids. "They're all scared. If somebody sees something somebody's going to report it. It gives us a little more peace going outside alone, so that definitely helps."

IMO I still honestly believe the police have a good idea who is responsible and are just waiting for evidence to come back

I live an hour away. We purchased an orange bulb at Menard's last night and we'll burn it every night until this monster is caught!
 
Seen a great youtube video posted not long ago that does a great job of explaining what happened. Although, the two pics of BG I think people have backwards in time. The pic with "Abby's jacket" in part of the pic, is the first pic in point of time. The pic of him cocking his leg sideways comes next in time. The reason her jacket is in the first pic and not the second, (time wise) has to do with the angle of the camera. If you look at the railroad ties, you'll notice the long black streak going across the span of the bridge. That is a large gap. A large enough gap that he had to *advertiser censored* his leg sideways in order to make a big step over it. If you look at those two pics side by side and note the large gap, you will see that the pic with "Abby's jacket" is the first one in time.

People may realize that already, but it seems that a few don't. Not that it matters much.

I was. She said that she's not feeling up to it at this time which I completely understand. Though she was happy when I explained that here we're all victim friendly.
