Possible Victim: Valerie Mack, 24, Manorville Jane Doe #6, missing 2000, found Nov 2000 & Gilgo Beach Apr 2011

I discovered that a senior member of SSWA lives in Manorville, only 3-4 miles from where the victims were found.

I updated my tip with the Suffolk County PD with this person's info.

Does anybody find this as interesting as I do?

IIRC, wasn't it *pheasant* hunters who discovered some of the Manorville remains?

I'm not sure, fowl hunting may just be his cover, he does't necessarily have to be much of a hunter, but it would give him an excuse for being in the areas and revisit the areas: "I killed your sister, you should have seen her face, I'm going to watch her body rot" - from A&E special. Fowl hunting could be the perfect cover for revisiting as well as discarding.

I am now wondering if those circular depressions in the wetlands in oak beach were used for fowl hunting, or supposed fowl hunting....

u know..I watched the A&E special twice & never caught that - "I'm going to watch her body rot" - til I just watched it again.

eeeeerrry!

Hello Admins,

My post that vanished with the picture of the decoy ducks sitting on the front steps was an image taken from mass media. I guess I should have stated that more clearly. The decoy can be seen just above and to the right of that fellows shoulder.

I attached it again here with another capture from this news clip:

Nice try but those are not duck decoys. They are flower pots. They sell them at Michaels, Target, Loews and Home depot. Duck decoys are much smaller and are more colorful.

You're both wrong, those are real ducks!

It sure is, it is also informative, because it was stated by the father of the victim who is also the father of the little sister who received the call. I am inclined to believe he knows exactly what was said by the killer in those calls.

That statement clearly implies the killer is local to Gilgo / Oak Beach. The killer is local and revisited the areas where he placed the remains. To all the people who want to convince us that their little community isn't home to a serial killer and that SG wasn't murdered, sorry for finding and bringing to light that statement.

I'm pretty sure they have different fathers. Melissa's father is white http://bangordailynews.com/2011/01/28/news/sister-called-from-missing-prostitutes-phone/

Did you by any chance note at what minute/seconds into the program that the sentence "I'm going to watch her body rot" was said?

Unless, the perp kept them for a while then dumped the body at the site?
I forget how long it was from when she disappeared and was found and if that is long enough time to be left and decompose to skeletal remains. Was the body skeletal when it was found, forgetting those details atm.

eta:
I agree with you that he would know what was said just as SG sister would know what was said when CPH called MG.

btw this should be it on you tube the A&E LISK show

That is a possibility, but if the perp keeps the corpse rotting somewhere close to where he resides, then dumps the skeletons off of ocean parkway, I would still think that means he is local.

What would be the point of keeping rotting corpses close to your home, then going far from your home to discard bones? That doesn't seem like the behavior of our rational, capture eluding SK.

I'm still asking people to look into current/former Gilgo residents. Some crazy parties go on over there in the summertime.

FYI, I submitted the following to the Suffolk County Police this morning. I snipped out portions that identify a specific individual of interest (where it says [poster snipped]. You'll also be interested to note the possible connection that I discovered relative to Atlantic City in 2006.
...........

PLEASE GET THIS INFORMATION IMMEDIATELY TO THE LEAD INVESTIGATORS HANDLING THE LONG ISLAND SERIAL KILLER CASE.

I've uncovered clear evidence of a 2000/2003 link between Cedar Beach and the area of Manorville where Jane Doe#6 and Jessica Taylor were found.

These links are from website archives of the South Shore Waterfowler's Association (sswa.org). In these links, you'll see that this club, which holds its annual duck boat festival at Cedar Beach, also attended annual Sporting Clay Shoots at the Peconic River Sportsman's Club (peconicriver.com) in 2000 and 2003. These shoots are within about half a mile of the Manorville locations where the Manorville victims were discovered. The club's address is: 389 River Road, Manorville, N.Y. 11949

In addition, you'll find that the club attended in 2006 the 24th Annual Ocean County Decoy & Gunning Show, Tuckerton, NJ on September 23-24 of 2006. This is approximately 30 minutes from where the Atlantic City serial killer victims were discovered in November 2006.

I believe that you need to immediately identify any SSWA members that organize or participate in the Peconic River Sportman's Club clay shoots, particularly in 2000 and 2003. The club in Manorville is somewhat exclusive and the numbers of attendees are limited. You need to identify the members of the Peconic River Sportsman's Club in 2000 and 2003, and see which were also members of the SSWA.

From these members (probably less than 10), you should identify any that attended the Tuckerton, NJ show in 2006, and determine if any of these individuals stayed around and went to Atlantic City afterwards. You should also determine which of these duck hunters use burlap as part of their camouflage, or to carry dead ducks and decoys in the field.

With this information, you should be able to identify the serial killer, if my theory is correct.

These links also show that [poster snipped] (the current [poster snipped]) was an active member of the SSWA around the time of the Manorville murders. This individual also lives a very short distance from the area of Manorville where the bodies were discovered. He's approximately 41 years old, and lives at [poster snipped] in Manorville. He appears to be married, no kids, and was the uncle of [poster snipped] (the [poster snipped] murder-for-hire case). I would start with him.

Good luck.

What a great time we had at the Peconic River Sportsman's Club. It was a little confusing in the beginning, but once we got underway, things went fine.
Afterwards we had lunch and the officers and members presented Bill Hartman with a print we got him for a job well done as President.
We hope to do it again. I'll keep you informed.

END OF SUBMISSION TO POLICE
.....

So, the club was near Atlantic City at the end of September in 2006. It seems like the decomposition lead investigators to believe the AC victims had died anywhere from 2 days to 1 month prior to their discovery. They were discovered on November 20, 2006. I think that its possible that a member of SSWA took a little time off after the show and went to AC, and the timing might fit. I must admit that I know very little about the AC case.

Here's the links I found relative to the timing of death for the AC victims.

http://abcnews.go.com/US/LegalCenter/Story?id=2683554&page=1#.TzqCdGHLdCY

Last week, the bodies of four women were found in a watery ditch along "Black Horse Pike," a seedy, destitute strip of cheap motels along Route 40 in Egg Harbor Township, N.J., located a few miles from Atlantic City.

The bodies were found within a few hundred feet of each other, all face down in several inches of water, heads turned east, wearing clothes but no shoes or socks.

At least one of the victims died of strangulation; another, officials said, died by asphyxia "by unspecified means."

Based on the decomposition of their bodies, authorities believe the women died on different days, from two days to up to a month before their bodies were discovered.

On Nov. 20, 2006, the bodies of four women who worked as prostitutes in Atlantic City were found behind marshes off the Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township's West Atlantic City section. The women were in a drainage ditch all facing the same way and had no shoes on. At least two were strangled, and they all were believed to be killed over a month period.

TruthSpider, you need to look past CPH. In my opinion, there is absolutely no connection to Oak Beach.

Did you read my above post? Don't you have any comments on the evidence I've uncovered connecting burlap, Manorville, Cedar Beach and Atlantic City in 2000, 2003, 2006?

In my opinion, we're REALLY close to identifying this guy. But in order for you to add value to my theory and line of investigation, you need to look past CPH and Shannan Gilbert for now. There is no clear evidence that her death was the result of a serial killer. In my opinion, you're trying to draw a connection that just isn't there. This thread is for discussing Jane Doe#6.
