Well this sucks. What a waste. I don't get why they would have to recess for an ENTIRE DAY????
 
ohhhh but at least we get to listen in to something because no one is leaving

Ok, why is everyone leaving? I assumed he meant they'd take up the 'legal matter' outside the presence of the jury.
 
Hubby saw DT talking behind their hands, and asked if the state does that too. I told him, no, you only do that if you have something to hide.
 
Why don't they get on and discuss it today. Seems like it would get it out of the way for Monday...?
 
Can transcripts for discussions outside of the courtroom be obtained?
