What does LE know that we don't?

I haven't followed that many cases, but I know that some of y'all have. We all know that LE holds certain elements of a case "secret" or not for public consumption. If you were a betting person, and based on your previous experience, what would you bet that card is?

That they have no evidence that Terri had anything to do with Kyron's disappearance, and in fact, have at least one witness that saw her leave the school alone, without Kyron.

Also that her phone, credit card, ATM, computer, etc records show that she couldn't have had anything directly to do with Kyron's disappearance.
 
I think LE is convinced that Terri and her movements or associates are the key to Kyron's location. I think LE is playing MC and through him Terri. I feel LE knows, as I am convinced, that MC and Terri were inolved prior to Kyron's disappearance and they are trying to give MC and/or Terri enough rope to hang themselves.

I wonder if that is why they believe there is an accomplice? DY just seemed so sure that Kyron is still alive.

BBM That is a good question. It does seem very odd to me that MC inserted himself in the situation since he had not seen Kaine since high school; and, he then ended up having inappropriate messages (and who knows what else) w/ Terri so quickly? Yep, definitely hinky!:waitasec:
 
I don't know, but I hope a WHOLE LOT!

That would validate the certainty with which the parties involved believe someone else was involved.
 
IMO, many people have been interviewed (including TH bio son).
Since he and many are minors LE will hold his interview tight to their vests.
Many people's interviews will be kept secret and may be moles
in this case, including TH own parents and associates.
LE just needs proof!
What I am afraid of is KYRON is 7 years old and very smart.
If and when the LE find him, he will be able to tell EVERYTHING.
Is the person that has him hidden (a theory only ) be willing to release him?
What is in this for a person to keep him alive????
LE has to play a "perfect game" with these criminals!
For all we know TH may have more than one sexual friend.....................

I can't decide how I think that Terri was involved. If she actually hurt him herself or if she handed him off. I wonder, though, if LE has found some sort of communication between Terri and someone that she handed him off to? Instant messages, texts, emails, etc. She had to communicate somehow, and the timing of all the info coming out fits into how long it would take LE to get records back from their ISP, cell providers, and whoever else via subpoena or other request. Bottom line though, they had to communicate somehow, if in fact there was another person. Has LE found those communications, if in fact they exist? :waitasec:

Aside from that, I'm thinking that LE has a lot, a lot more than we know. From the info that we are hearing through Kaine and Desiree, LE is briefing them and they sound pretty confident. A quote from the Sheriff comes to mind (paraphrasing here)-that the public doesn't have any right to know about information from an ongoing investigation. Once they finish that investigation, then the public is free to access that information, but not until then. We have to keep the faith in LE and not assume that just because we don't know certain things, they don't exist. LE has been moving confidently forward with their investigation. I wouldn't mistake them focusing only on Terri as them having "tunnel vision". Rather, I take that as them putting together the pieces they have in the course of their investigation. It just so happens that the pieces all point to Terri and her involvement. JMO.
 
I think that they know pretty much everything about the case that we don't know as they haven't released any evidence they have, as should be
 
Has anyone heard anything about her truck? I wonder if they sent cadaver dogs to the truck, like they had in the Casey Anthony case....

Yet we know that Terri had baby K with her. So if she was alone either she left K in the truck, or her accomplice watched K.

We know that Kaine and Desiree say Terri had baby K with her. I have seen nothing to substantiate their belief.

Just HYPOTHETHICALLY....There was possibly a ransom demand made by a friend of TH's?..It may have involved Kyron's eyeglasses as evidence of having him? And, the reason the family was out of public view until 4 weeks later? My impression is: Drug abuse, extramarital affair & dire need for money for drugs.
 
I'm thinking the part of the lie detector test she passed was the part that asked if she knows where Kyron is, because if she handed him off she probably doesn't know where he is, but she probably failed the part that asked if she knew what happened to him, because she does. That's why the family feels that he is alive and coming home. Maybe she was involved in something like escort service? Someone retaliated? You would think though that they would have gone after her own daughter. I give up, and I'm stumped, but I do think that LE has more than we know, if they didn't they would definitely be warning other people to watch their children, but gosh darn it how did she do it?

How do they know, is my point. Neither was, by their words, present at the school. How do they know.
 
Maybe there has been contact with a kidnapper and one of the terms of returning Kyron is that Terri be gone? Personally I can't imagine why he would want to go back to that house, I realize that it's more comfortable for baby K, but less comfortable for Kaine.
