She also has the nasolabial folds that Lori Ruff does NOT have. Lori Ruff was pretty wide in the mouth/nose area, leading to nothing in the way of nasolabial folds that some people have. She actually has a unique shape to her face and mouth in some ways.

Just a P.S. The "Boogeyman" here when I was a kid was Ted Bundy. We were even on the beach that very day at Lake Sammamish when he took those two women, although we didn't see anything. There were over 2,000 people on that beach that day. I suspect Lori was closer to my age or older (I was born in 1966) so if she was in this area, Ted Bundy would have been the boogeyman for her too. My aunt, who was born in 1962 and was only four years older than I was is the one who told me about a scary guy named "Teddy" who was taking women when we were little girls. We, of course, happened to be walking through the woods at the time. LOL

I actually do see some resemblance there. Mainly, it's the nose that's different, but that's something that a person could easily change. Also, maybe it's just not a great picture, but Lisa's hair doesn't look blonde to me. I suppose it could have been like a light brown, which some people call blonde and that would have likely gotten more dark with age. A definite maybe!

o/t but I want to tell you guys - if I didn't join this forum and start professing and confessing my job in these UID's - I wouldn't be as paranoid. I'm happy to be more educated in the way killers work and the bad guys. I've always been incredibly careful, I even give lessons on safety but something about reading here, watching these documentaries that scare me. I've changed many aspects of my life since then. i shudder to think how close in my life I've come. I can think of 3 instances right off the bat.

I think my boogeyman was never actually caught. I grew up in Manhattan (west 20's) and it was rough in that era. Son of Sam was right before me and that was my moms boogeyman. Anyway ... o/t sorry y'all

Looking at pics of children who've disappeared makes me so sad. I watched the Lifetime movie about the Green River Killer a week or so ago and that saddened me as well. These people should have been allowed to live their lives.

I still personally Lisa is not as "flat" in the nose/mouth area as Lori is. You'll notice that she actually has folds (called nasolabial folds) that run from the sides of her nose to her cheek area. Lori's face is actually flat in that area. Edited to add a photo, showing what I mean:




However, that's just my opinion and this case is going to be "solved" when enough people have looked at enough pictures and passed around enough information that someone, somewhere, comes forward with this woman's real identity.

Lori and Lisa seem to have the same eyes to me---maybe you're on to something Future Criminologist?
Another important thing I was once told.....if you're going to change your name & identity, keep your new first name the same as your old one because when you go to write it, you may automatically recall your real first name and begin to write the first letter (or say the first syllable).

Keeping the "L" in the new name is a clever move.

That's actually VERY cool. I've never tried to do that and it's totally neat.

I still seem some pretty significant differences in the two faces: the eyelids, the nose, and the nasolabial folds. I circled them in this picture:

Does anybody ELSE think it's weird that she didn't want the in laws to spend any time at all with the daughter and was fiercely protective of her but then she goes and commits suicide, leaving the baby at the mercy of anyone the husband wants to allow to spend time with her??

Not only that, but both Lori and her husband had that SAME exact "teeth clenched" way of smiling. (I posted a close up below) They also have the same coloring and hooded eyelids. They almost look like they could be close relatives. Are we sure the Ruffs are telling the whole story?

If anyone is good with photo-editing, perhaps we could see LEK with her coloring changed up and that would help? We know she had enough vision issues to have a drivers license restriction, so colored contacts are not out of the question, and hair color is super easy to change. Just a thought!

Olympia - the actual state capital of WA is closer to Tacoma (and Puyallup) than Boise or Salem.

That's true. Olympia is only about 25 miles away from the Tacoma area. Not far at all.

i agree also, even more so now when you see the name of her business was

"an eye for consulting" which you can see on group photos posted here.

I think there are patterns to her name etc. I just wish i was clever enough to work them out lol

I think we can discount Sherry Marler as a possible match. She was 12when she dissappeared from south AL in 1984. The age is off, and I dont think a 12 yr old from AL could have the smarts to make it to the Pacific NW and change her identity. I think a preditor took her, or the step father was involved. MOO.
