I don't know which one is correct, other than he is a NY Lawyer....I did wonder how a NY lawyer could have relevant information for a murder case in Florida..what is his connection to Casey?

Why on earth would they want Anne Pham and Kasper Jordan on their witness list? They can't still be going with Laura Buchanan? This is another head scratcher.

And the hokey pokey continues in this case...wow, he lasted for under 24 hours! That has to be a new record! I wonder what happened to get him yanked so quickly?

It's almost like Baez offered him up and then before he could be questioned about it, took him back off and said "Just Kidding!" to HHJP and the SA. Sheesh.

Maybe Mr. Schecter didn't know he was a defense witness until he saw his name on the new amended list..... :eek:
 
Remember the $583.73? I think this is JB's way of making the SA file a motion for no reason, sort of getting his money's worth. MOO

Once AGAIN JBP has to school Baez...In the Order JBP writes:

"However, the Defense has not alleged that the individuals listed in the Supplemental Witness list filed Feb 14, 2011 were not previously known , nor have they set forth the date the witness became known or any reason for the late disclosure"
The Defense shall be given an opportunity to show good cause as required by Rule 3.220 and this Court's general discovery Order."
