Now what I was thinking, at first when I read about a NYC young woman was missing in the Gilgo Beach area, was this:

What was she doing out there?
What made her choose to go out there?

I mean, It´s wintertime and its cold, freezing, you cant go swiming, surfing etc etc, there are nothing fun and socializing going on out there at this time of the year right?
AND!!!...everyone knows this is the area where a serial killer has dumped several young woman!!!

SO...why did she go out there?

And then I got this thought:

Could she be a WS member, one of us? or a member of one of the other LISK forums, a researcher of the LISK case, who decided to go out to Gilgo Beach to reseach?
Did she have contact with some other forum member that she came to trust and somhow made an arrangement to met this person at Gilgo beach to do reseach together?
And could this other person have turned out to be somone who was actually dangerous???

I know this is a far out thought, however that is what popped into my mind and I just had to share this very worrying thought with you guys/gals.

I haven't posted in ages but I still try to keep up. I have to say, I had a similar thought when I first heard about Natasha. My first thought was that she was following this case either on here or someplace else and also had severe mental health issues/suicidality and felt a connection to that spot. Or wanted to take her life while at the same time trying to renew public or LE interest in the LISK case and that's why she choose Gilgo. Or, as foreigner theorized, that she met up with someone who was also following the case/went down there to investigate the area and ran into the wrong person...

Based on the scant info provided so far, I'm leaning towards suicide... but I agree that choosing that particular spot when she lived in NYC may mean something... or maybe I just watch too much tv and read too many mystery novels. Interesting nonetheless...
 
Research shows that she has close relatives/ties in/to Tampa, FL. (In both the GB4 and AC4 cases, endless links have been found to the Tampa area re: escorts, real estate scams & other "connections" to the sex trade.

Tampa has been described as being in the "circuit" along with Las Vegas. One AC witness suggested that in the colder season the sex workers will leave AC and run the circuit...going to work in the warmer climates.

Her photos at the 2008 Myspace (the one linked above) are worth a look.

Again, SCPD announces immediately that there is no connection to GB4. Time will tell.

I'm not liking this at all. I'm finding lots of possible connections to the sex trade. Could her last name be Jugovic? Even if it's not, this is weird. Why would any girl go near Gilgo Beach alone, even if it was to take her life? It doesn't make sense to me.
What DOES make sense is her leaving her house on a Saturday at 4:30 pm - that would be just in time for a "party" on LI...one where clothing may be provided for her when she arrives...and one where she may have to meet an "escort" to get into the private party...Poor girl - to think it's up to SCPD to find her - not good. MOO of course.
I'd love to know where her phone is.
 
I think Jim Bissett is alive and well and he killed her.
 
I have kin on LI -- I just asked three of them, and none of them had heard of a Long Island serial killer. Only one of them knew they'd found a body near Gilgo. So I don't think it's hard to believe she'd go to the beach by herself.
 
I keep thinking that maybe someone wanted the GB4 to play as the UG members refer to it as GFE (Girl friend experience.) It is really nagging at me...

What do you mean? I guess I always assumed he did and that was what the bigger pay amount was for. Not sure tho if we are talking about the same thing.

Oops, sorry, I specifically meant that the GFE would be more authentic by dressing like a GF. Like ALC, who left in jeans and a hoodie. Something nags at me that he wanted them to be dressed like a GF who was hanging out at home with him.

What is nagging at me with this missing woman: If it is related, she may have possibly gone to meet someone who wanted her to be even more casual...pajamas, hoodie & robe? The NCAA championship games were going on all weekend so, who knows maybe that was all part of a scene being set.

In many photos, even in her ad, ALC had that GF look. MBB and MW had photos in hoodies too.

A woman found her license and wallet and LE says there wer footprints leading from the car to the waters edge and the robe and other clothes, similar to those she was last seen wearing, were found at the waters edge :(

Mother says she had a history of thinking people were following her.
Sounds like SG.

If this guy is a stalker...he may have befriended this woman or stalked her, too. Maybe he knew these things about her...picked her for the that reason. This is just creepy...and makes you wonder even more why she would drive to that place if she was paranoid.

Yea if she thought she was being followed why would she go there. Very sad case. But I was thinking if someone els was with her then I bet there would be two sets of foot prints. Maybe she just couldn't deal with it all anymore. But very strange and sad. :(

Oh I see what your saying now....you know SG was dressed in boots but when found her stuff it showed she had on shoes. Does make you wonder.
 
Yes, and when the GB4 were 1st discovered, there was one photograph that showed a LE officer carrying and bagging a tennis shoe.

Yep, in a tank top and jeans. We don't know what kind of jacket she had as it was sometimes referred to as a sweater...I wonder if it too had a hood?
 
Wow! Let me just assure you TF...its not me! I had a little bout of depression and took a break and spent my time playing games. Well to make a long story short my $45 a month UNLIMITED data was limited uggh so I can only get online right now infrequently. Don't go with straight talk! NE ways, I managed to log on and, If I was depressed before, because of no activity in the case, I'm even more so now. :(
I have to catch up reading. Hopefully I'll have my internet soon. Keep up the great sluething and I apoligize for the concern over my welfare. I think I'm switching to T mobile at the end of the month! I gotta get back to reading (while I can). I have to say that I was thinking the same thing @ why she would go down there, then I read the next post and had to respond. Justiceforever is safe. Crisscrossing the country. I am very saddened by this news. I havn't read far enough yet to see if she has been found, but I am hoping and praying tht she has been or will be found safe.
