I am not sure if I agree with the prosecution bringing in an escort. I guess they are using it as more proof that he hated his life?

#RossHarris - Judge DENIES defense motion to exclude prostitute testimony.

Lunch break-court to resume @1:15pm

I just want justice for that little boy.

and/or was a sex addict.

I am surmising that the prosecution is going to argue that Ross was a sex addict who decided his child was hampering his lifestyle and freedom. I am not sure how convincing the argument will be, but I am interested in seeing the complete picture. At this moment in time, I am not convinced that Cooper's death was premeditated.

At this time it seems like at least 75% of people think Ross Harris didn't intentionally kill his son. Will be interesting to see if and how that changes.

Where is that from? Because comments I read about this case say the opposite...

No specific source. Just my feeling from lurking around these forums for a while. I could be completely wrong.

I don't think this forum would have reached 30k posts if most people thought it was an accident? However, I have seen quite a few posts lately by people who don't think it was intentional...so are people's opinions changing? Did people who thought it was accidental not feel comfortable posting here two years ago?

I know for me my feelings changed after listening to the Breakdon series of podcasts and learned more info.

I forgot the trial was today and I even marked it down on my desk calendar. Should be interesting. I think he's guilty from the get go.

My opinion has not changed. I think it was intentional.

Time passing can dim the response of immediate outrage, some of the most inflammatory accusations have been called into question, and yep, given the very vocal, very strong majority opinion here of guilt, I can easily imagine some folks didn't feel comfortable voicing their doubt here back then, and with the actual trial just about to begin, more and new WSers checking in . :)

Ditto.
And I won't say what I think about his wife, because I would like to be able to participate during this trial.
