I haven't seen anything on his life other than his stalking of boys. It's odd that no one he worked with or knew locally has come forward.

Not much, tbh. It was child *advertiser censored*, and the differences between pre-pubescent girls and boys isn't that major compared to adults or even adolescents. Maybe DH is the type of paedophile who abuses both sexes, maybe he has a preference for boys but took a liking to that picture for some reason I don't even want to imagine, maybe he downloaded it along with a load of images of boys, who knows?

I wouldn't rule out his involvement with any unsolved child murders/disappearances on the grounds that the victim was a girl though.

Can't see that myself. College age boys can throw a punch, I think DH likes his victims small and helpless.

Good point. I still think he's into children though, they didn't find *advertiser censored* featuring college age boys as far as we know. Still, good point, that can't be ruled out either.

IMHO, I think that, as part of the plea agreement, DH was allowed to choose the one count of child *advertiser censored* to which he was going to plead guilty. He might have been thinking things would go better for him in prison if he was known as a heterosexual child pornographer instead of as a homosexual child pornographer. Does anyone out there have any hard facts that show if DH is or isnt correct?

I was thinking that too. Although, some of those men in prison have daughters too...the best that would come out of that is not having a homosexual label on top of a child sexual assault.

That's exactly what I thought. Though how inmates wouldn't find out what he had done is beyond me.

Still, he downloaded it. As far as we know, his victims have been boys. Girls do not have a certain appendage.

If you study the timeline of the investigation, coupled with the warrant on Duane Hart. it becomes ever more clear that Baker and Murphy were pushing the Hart agenda into Stearns County and the general public. Stearns was clearly pursuing Hart at the end of August 2014. The focus shifted to Heinrich only after the FBI took over the case in September 2014.
