Trisha Todd failed to pick up her child yesterday. Her car was located near her residence with the keys in the ignition and her purse still in the vehicle.

A massive search is underway on the Treasure Coast for a missing mother from Hobe Sound. Trisha Todd, 30, dropped off her 3-year-old daughter at her ex-husband's home early Wednesday morning and hasn't been seen since. She was supposed to pick up her daughter at 11 a.m., but never showed.

Tricia Todd, 33, dropped off her child with her ex-husband late Tuesday and was supposed to pick up their 2 year old daughter on Wednesday morning.

Todd’s whereabouts remained unknown Wednesday and her family contacted authorities. Deputies found her car parked near her home in the Hobe Village mobile home park. The keys were in the ignition and Todd’s purse was inside, but her wallet was missing.

Her ex-husband, who serves as an airman, was scheduled to return to North Carolina and left the child in the care of another family member.

Todd is an Air Force veteran and a registered hospice nurse.

**Rumor** Someone posted on the above group that she saw Tricia and her daughter at a local ER that night and they left before being seen. I am assuming that's why she was so late in dropping off her daughter with her ex. If true, then it begs the question what the emergency was and for whom.

I won't discuss the rumor here but will say that for anyone following this case who has not yet checked out the Facebook page, it is really active and looks like they have a very well coordinated search effort going on. It's good to see activity.

It's interesting that some articles say she dropped her daughter off late Tuesday night and others say early Wednesday morning. I hate to immediately jump to the usually obvious suspect of the XH. Could there be a discrepancy in the story of when baby was dropped off or is this chalked up to people not knowing how to report times that occur in the middle of the night, after midnight, as actually being the next day?

I'm broken over your zodiac photography coinciding with God speaking to me about it.

??

And then she is talking about a relationship.

Doesn't sound very positive.

I hope this woman is o.k. ...but I suspect she's not.

That last entry to me sounds like someone suffering from some mental health issues. The first couple of paragraphs don't really make sense.

Skimmed through a couple of pages of entries. Something is a little off. But I cannot tell if it is dangerous.

I am usually very optimistic (unrealistically so) but this just feels *off*. How many other cases have we seen where one person drops off their child to the other parent and is then never seen again? They so seldom end well. MCSO says Tricia's XH is cooperating - I so hope so for their daughter's sake.

If ever there was a volunteer search group who actually finds their missing person, it has to be this one. They are so organized and active. They seem to have great communication on their FB group.
