A mother of four young children in Maine was charged Monday with gross sexual assault after British investigators more than 3,000 miles away used the Internet to allegedly catch her in the act of Webcasting a sexual assault of her young child.

Julie M. Carr, 30, of Mars Hill, Maine, was arrested at about 11 p.m. Friday. Her four children — believed to range from 18 months to 5 years old — were taken into protective custody.

The Child Exploitation Investigation Team of England's West Midlands Police said their unit received information late Thursday that a local man was using the Internet to show inappropriate material of children. An unidentified 18-year-old man was later arrested in Walsall, England..................

I think the term "Mother"should be used loosely in this case.
Thank god she was caught & those babies rescued.
I hope that other pervs take notice......you WILL be caught!

I think it is way higher than 25%. That is the ones who were caught and convicted where the victims were believed.

Not all of them will become part of a *advertiser censored* ring but I do see that increasing too.

I think it waaaaaaay higher than 25% too!

IMO A sexual crime perpetrated by a mother to her own children, it right up there with murder in the first degree. That woman should never be free again. ever. She should also NEVER lay eyes on her children again.
 
I hope these poor babies do not remember what was done to them, and get placed with a great family that will treasure them. Monsters like this woman make me sick! There isn't a word invented yet that can express the hatred I feel toward child molesters/abusers.
 
She looks like a meth addict in her picture. How does a person find theirselves in a position where they have a great need for money, and decide to ASSAULT your own child on the internet to earn money? You know what is really sick about that - if I made the decision to do that right now....I wouldn't have a CLUE as to where to go on the internet to find a site like that. That is amazing considering how many horrible sites I have stumbled upon as a consequence of sleuthing!!!! :crazy: So that tells me....this woman was twisted beyond what we have even thought about - she had "connections" KWIM???? :furious:
 
You know that is what is scariest to me. Perverts aren't the dirty old men that I always thought they were. I mean really, this site has done a lot to open my eyes. But even after following it here and learning about who perverts are, I still didn't realize that some women are perverts too, until recently.

Perverts are the next door neighbors, the pediatricians, the ministers, and the babysitters. They come in all age ranges and both sexes. Sometimes they are the parents of your children's friends. They may act like perverts, but more likely they act just like everybody else.... at least until a child finally talks. And they not only go after little girls, they go after little boys too. Yeah, it is real scary.
 
Something else I found interesting........what got her caught was someone reporting an 18 year old was viewing her crimes .SO we have a woman who is a mother & a teenager internationally involved in child *advertiser censored*!Two segments of our society that are generally not assumed to be are YET AGAIN are shown to be involved !Hopefully the "dirty old man" myth will get buried soon!
I wish there was a test that could be given to determine pedophilia tendencies!Heres an 18 year old involved in viewing this............I wonder when did he start to have an interest?Has he taken it to the next level & offended? If it was determined early on he was "wired" this way could it be cured or "stopped"? Sorry Im digressing but we keep seeing young & younger perps busted in child *advertiser censored* stings & its something Ive been pondering,.


As for her?Shes scum & should be fixed so she cannot bear anymore victims & she has lost all rights to her children FOREVER as far as Im concerned!!!!!!!!!!
I do hope other adults in her household are investigated as is the possibility of other victims(relatives,children's friends,children she may have babysat etc)Lets hope she gets the stiffest sentence the law in her state allows!!!

"A week after being sentenced on federal child *advertiser censored* charges, a woman who sexually abused a 2-year-old girl while a man in the United Kingdom watched live via webcam received an additional 15-year sentence from a state judge Tuesday.

Julie Carr of Mars Hill was sentenced last week to 20 years in federal prison. On Tuesday, Judge Bruce Jordan imposed the additional penalty for gross sexual assault and sexual exploitation of a minor. The sentences will be served concurrently.
The 33-year-old Carr pleaded guilty to the state charges earlier Tuesday....."

Can anyone explain to me why judges choose to have sentences run concurrently. I often wonder, why bother with the extra charges? Is there a logical explanation for this instead of a consecutive sentence for the other charges?

I saw yet another story today where a mother, not this one, offered her 4 year old to a man and sent him streaming video of herself sexually abusing the child!

I swear this peacenik is about ready to go renew her lapsed FOID card! I am feeling very "shoot em all, let God sort em out" lately. Sigh.

Are you thinking of John Mark Karr? He's the strange and scary guy who confessed to killing JonBenet and is still out here looking for "immaculates". Last I heard, he'd was undergoing a sex change operation and was on the east coast. I believe he presents himself as a woman now.
