Anthony was admitted to Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach on Jan. 23 after threatening to commit suicide. His wife, Cindy, picked him up, and they left between 7 and 7:30 p.m., family attorney Brad Conway said.
Anthony, 57, is no longer despondent and plans to continue his recovery with outpatient counseling.
"He's feeling good," Conway said. "He's ready. He's totally receptive. And this is part of the healing process. He knows that his family needs him, and he's ready to move forward."

Several attempts to reach Cabot and his associates at various telephone numbers were unsuccessful Tuesday. And the man he's been speaking on behalf of, Kissimmee lawyer Jos Baez, did not respond to an e-mail seeking comment.
Baez's attorney, Timothy Chinaris, has stated that Baez did not retain and does not pay Press Corps Media.
Chinaris stated in a letter he sent to The Florida Bar that Press Corps Media was retained by a Connecticut family "who is sympathetic to the plight of Ms. Anthony and her family."

Updated: Anthonys Try To Plan Caylee's Funeral
Attorney Says Lee Happy To Have Father Home
POSTED: 10:45 am EST February 4, 2009
UPDATED: 6:33 pm EST February 4, 2009

With George Anthony, Caylee Anthony's grandfather, out of inpatient psychiatric care he and his wife, Cindy, are trying to plan the funeral for their grandaughter.
"He's very happy to be back in town and he's very happy to be with his family and continues to spend time with his father who's now out of the hospital and really try to begin to emotionally heal from this entire event," attorney Tom Luka said.

Gonzalez's attorney, John Morgan, said he wants to depose the Anthonys in front of the press.
"Then we have some surprise questions for them they may have some difficulty answering," he said.
Luka said Lee Anthony will have very little to say about that claim, and that Morgan's idea to conduct public depositions won't be allowed by the judge.

Attorney Brad Conway told WESH that he couldn't find inpatient psychiatric care for George in Orange County. Facilities had expressed concern about accompanying media attention.
What's next? The family soon hopes to complete funeral plans for toddler Caylee Anthony and met with attorney Jose Baez, WESH said.Casey Anthony's defense team has to complete its examination of Caylee's remains.
Luka said he would fight the plan by John Morgan, Fernandez-Gonzalez's attorney, to televise Lee Anthony's deposition.Conway, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, told WESH that he, too, opposes Morgan's plan. Kealing said they would be deposed Feb. 26, and Lee Anthony would go the next day.
