GO MUZIKMANGO KATHIGO LINDA
All I have to say at this point is Thank Gawd for CROCKPOTS!! Can't wait 'til tomorrow. Wonder what kind of night GA, CA and LA are having with this realization??????? :waitasec::sick:
Isn't there a hearing tomarrow??* Now with 1300 pages ..* OUCH!Oh, the conflict!* Hubby home tomorrow, people coming over in the afternoon..* I'm going to suck as a host.. I can see it now. ..Do I really need to clean house and cook food??
Question? Not sure of FCC regulations against it but could CBS be fined for airing something as truth that is clearly a lie and backed by court documents as being false information?
Muzikman, we know you'll be sitting on the prosecution's side 2morrow but will you pick out your outfit 2nite - I know this is girly but...I want to see you. I doubt they'll let you wear a hat in the courtroom but they can't stop you from wearing a LOUD-HERE-I-AM-FOLKS shirt so we can pick ya out.
Will you also give us a descript of what you look like and maybe plan to sit in a certain row, if space allows (i.e. I'm gonna try to sit in the 3rd row - I'll have a neon yellow shirt w/a cannibus leaf on it, and I have brown spiked hair and I'm a 10 just like Zanny).
TY - you are a SUPERSTAR!!!

Someone refresh my memory of when these depos were taken?
bbmBTW I hope they don't release them until after I'm doing working on my Motion to Compel. I got a huge motion to work on and don't have time to review these depos that I want to read BADLY!!!!!!!!!!!
This is such an unusual move to make depositions a part of the record BEFORE trial. There is a reason the SA made them apart of the record at this point in the case.
Thanks MM for always keeping us informed. This is quote from the article at WFTV.com
The State Attorney's Office won't say why the transcripts were filed as public documents Thursday. Eyewitness News learned that it is a very unusual move, usually the public doesn't find out what was said during criminal depositions until the trial.
To answer the above........NO...you do not have to clean, nor are you obligated to prepare sustenance for guests. Given the importance of this particular doc dump, no guest should expect from you, anything other than a polite greeting and directions to the fridge and bathroom. Don't stress about being a host. This is your home, not a casino or a high end hotel. Now...the key here is that hubby will be home. Let him take responsibility for entertaining everyone. Men must learn to be self sufficient. It's good for them. Feel better????
