NG talking now about GA confiding in her that Caylee's death was an accident that snowballed. Nancy seems to have doubts.

BS saying RC said she took & passed a polygraph. Polygraph was taken early on; LE continued to investigate. He says there is a photo that is more intimate than the one at the vigil. NG asking him if he's seen it; he says no, but he believes RC's sister and if RC is half as credible the prosecution will not have a problem.

NG back to SB. Asking her if it's true that her sister took & passed a polygraph. She says "yes". NG asking her if she herself has seen photos that prove GA/RC had a "loving relationship". She says "yes", and she's seen them together, there at SB/RC house. Most of the time she'd leave knowing he was coming over, or she'd go to her bedroom. SB denies that the story has been sold to the national enquirer. SB says her sister has lost money, gave over $5,000 to GA and hasn't gotten it back.

Ray Guidice thinks the accident thing will help the defense. NG is gnawing at his gonads over that one.

RG says the state won't want to take a chance putting an "accident" theory into their case. He says the "accident" might be better for the defense. NG saying up until now GA has been sympathetic and somebody the jury would like. But also an "accident" doesn't fit in with how Caylee's remains were found. PO saying if it's only speculation by GA and not confirmed it means nothing.
