Arrest Imminent in Kyron Horman Search?
Former Multnomah Police Captain: Holes in Terri Horman's Timeline are "Critical"

Officials say they've made significant progress in the criminal investigation, but are not releasing any details. In a written response to journalists' questions, they say Kyron's stepmother "has been cooperative...and other times she has not." Since hiring a defense attorney on June 28, she's been silent.

C.W. Jensen, a retired police captain, told CBS News, "If the investigative team found out what happened to Kyron, Terri Horman would be arrested imminently."

This isn't a report from today, but I've checked around and couldn't find any mention of it. I think the fact TH was in Portland on Friday and spent the whole day at her lawyer's is significant......fran

Kaine Horman wants Terri to pay legal fees

PORTLAND – The attorney for Kaine Horman filed a motion in court Monday to try and get Terri Moulton Horman to pay his lawyer fees.
Attorney Laura Rackner filed the legal document, called an "Order to Show Cause" Monday morning in court and KGW was there. Rackner told KGW she would not comment specifically on this impending filing until she could talk with Terri's attorney.

Authorities say Terri Horman was the last person to see 7-year-old Kyron before he vanished from Portland's Skyline Elementary School on June 4.

Police have now returned to the school to further their investigation.

Kaine's attorneys also wrote that they if Terri borrowed the money and that it is a marital liability, the cash should be considered marital asset, making Terri Horman responsible to pay half of Kaine Horman's legal fees.

Spicher atty. would be 'surprised' if Terri not arrested in Kyron case

KGW Posted on July 26, 2010 at 12:09 PM
Updated today at 6:14 PM

Spicher's attorney told NBC Dateline that he would be "surprised" if Terri was not arrested in the case.

snip

NBC Dateline was set to air a special edition about the case 10 p.m. Monday.

Spicher's attorney Chad Stavley told NBC Dateline Monday that Spicher had been, and planned to keep, cooperating with investigators.
"I would be, frankly, surprised if Terri Horman did not eventually face charges in this case," Stavley said. "I'd be surprised if the indictment didn't come down."
