Office for Victims of Crime has announced that this year National Crime Victims' Rights Week will be held April 18 - April 24, 2010.
The theme this year is "Crime Victims' Rights: Fairness. Dignity. Respect."

I believe Durham starts announcing their activities for April sometime in March.
In April of 2006 a vigil was hosted in Durham by Janet's family and friends and even some members of WS were there. The news seems to show footage of that day often, which is nice to see.
Durham Police Department with the help of several organizations including Parents of Murdered Children have been hosting various activities during NCVRW every year since then and news articles shows Janet's family have attended each year.
I will keep looking for updates on line for information regarding Durham's activities for those that are interested.
