I don't know, but I am reminded of her asking CA for "one more day"!

I don't know about that song, but what interests me is that the last time the "new beginning" song was accessed was July 16, 2008. A chill ran down my spine when I read that. Was she reminding herself one month after the fact of what she had done? Maybe this is how she knew how many days it had been since she killed Caylee?

Creepy, isn't it? I also reread the report and the 2 songs were the ones I thought. Good Charlotte's "A new Beginning", and "Seize the Day" was from the Avenged Sevenfold CD. (Small print on pg 2 of that report)
Seize the Day was also last accessed July 16, 2008, just after 5am.

    Will these be allowed in?
Awhile back a guy shot his wife on the beach and IIRC a song he downloaded that night(?) came in.
I know there are WSers who remember every detail of the case I'm writing about : )

Justin Barber killed his wife, April, during a late-night stroll on a beach in St. Augustine, FL. Can't remember the song though, but it had a phrase, something like, "I loved her, but I had to kill her" or something like that. He's in prison.

Miss James - not sure about case you are remembering, but matt baker - who killed his wife Kari Baker -- had a song with his lover Vanessa Bulls - called, "Dirty Little Secrets" and it came into the trial -- oh, and so did she!

Justin Barber's computer showed that he listened to Used To Love Her by Guns N' Roses. Its lyrics include the line "used to love her, but had to kill her". His computer showed that he downloaded the song the day his wife was murdered.

Isn't the reason they went back and looked for Carpe Diem b/c it was written in her diary across that one page?

Today's release of the forensic report on computer entries related to KC's diary made me think ... do you think that they ever checked her computers for entries related to her infamous tattoo? That would be very interesting and perhaps enlightening to know when and how she came up with the idea for a "beautiful life" tattoo.

Wonder if she was doodling on her little Diary while listening to this song? Anyone know what year the song came out? 2003?

ETA: Song came off their 2005 album. They did have an album in 2003, lots of very dark titles.
