Wow, he's still on the discovery violation with the state and feels as if he was ambused with the state investigating into CA's work records...how would they know CA was going to change her testimony from her deposition...Baez is truly inept...he can't grasp what was told to him yesterday that this is new information post testimony. LDB told Baez yesterday what the Gentiva people will be testifying to...

JB stated in court yesterday HE KNEW CA was changing her testimony. This is all due to JB and CA.
