she is jealous of Dr Janeen DeMarte, and is threatened by her, thinking that this beautiful woman might gain more attention from men and detract the attention from herself, that is, in Jodi's warped mind. Jodi has taken more effort to be less "dowdy" ever since polished beautiful Dr DeMarte has taken the stand.

JW has finished and juror's largely intellegent and insightful questions were read, JW went on and on again after jury questions but not as long as I feared and JM was Juanderful. I had my gall bladder removed due to gall stones and have diabetes also, I truly hope you recover well from surgery and get on the right meds for the diabetes. Sending warm beams of light.

JW all finished with her whiney high pitched cross...JM recross complete, jury questions complete and my understanding Demarte has completed her testimony. Now on to additional rebuttal witnesses on behalf of prosecution. No list has been confirmed I believe, but computer expert, walmart to show 3rd gas can never returned, Tesoro gas station to reflect the 3rd purchase was indeed gas and nothing else, Medfords (friends of travis) and I would think (and hope) that Dr. Horn medical examiner recalled to remind jury that JA version of events are false based upon the injuries TA sustained and the ME will confirm.

Additional witnesses possible, but too many things floating on Internet unconfirmed. Jury questions and Demarte testimony on youtube in case you missed....

I believe Walmart will state exactly that. JA kept receipt for gas can purchase but there was no return per Walmart either cash or charge...busted! In addition, she kept only 2 receipts for Tesoro, but JM showed her bank records from WAMU showing 3 purchases for gasoline. So she cannot weasel out of this claiming she bought other items such as food /drink as Tesoro, I believe will be there to testify that the 3rx transaction was gasoline, and nothing else highlighting JA lied to jury once again and it was premeditated..JMO

ugghh,, and drag it on and on,, seems like a cut and dry case to me, it's the defense with their strategy, having all these things let in to court --jodi with her detailed life story,the endless pornographic testimony, the painfully detailed recollections of her loser life, the blame the victim untrue allegations of abuse and pedophilia by travis, It;s infuriating, that she gets special treatment, i never heard of a murder trial go on so long, for a non celebrity with a public defender, It's the defense's fault, not only with the interruptions , but how Wilmott and Nurmi use soooo much time re-stating things that were already said, her re-directs and re-cross are a replay of things she already said previously. Also, she brings up the most minute details in the effort to poke holes in any pros. witness testimony, that Juan Martinez is forced to counter ,,, such as the Dr's CV, the tests, etc., keeps losing the momentum of the real trial here, and forcing JM to clear up the points that JW brought up which have no use except to waste time, waste time, hoping to drag things out and confuse the jury. I am a little worried this has gone on too long, and with the jury questions, it seems like they are having a hard time trying to sort this all out, as if they have lost the point of the whole trial... i dont know, i was expecting more of a evidence case, anytime they would try to go into another smoke and mirror effect, i expected JM to basically show the evidence of the murder rather than waste time disproving the defense's testimony, It's like the defense team is has the ball, offense, and prosecutor is playing defense . Maddening.

Mostly because Nurmi takes soooooo long to say "how.... does .... it ... make ... you... feeeeeeelll?"....and Wilmott asks the same things over and over and over....
