Nothing can except being strapped to a gurney.

MOO correctional officers should not be exposed to unshackled non-compliant prisoners, they are at risk of get hurt during any scuffle, for instance trying to stop a prisoner from trying to launch himself down stairs.
Yes^^^ A friend work in juvie hall (he's a big guy) and a 15 yr old kid suddenly attacked him while being escorted. He torn bilateral muscles in one arm, still can't use it to do much of anything, 2 years later. His livelihood gone in a moment.

7 years of winters and springs.
The land where they were found is below and old gravel quarry, below a berm arm's drainage, MOO land may have changed flow directions several times since 2017.
There may have been some erosion, especially down by the creek's banks, but wasn't it described as a berm area on two sides with the crime scene situated in a kind of bowl area in between?

I wanted to retract the info I posted way back about RA having said he molested the girls. Didn't that come from a Defense filing? Well come to find out, RA NEVER confessed to molesting them according to Harshman.

It seems like the Defenses claims are being debunked one by one.

Let the truth prevail.
I think the context of those statements he made were other girls, not Abby and Libby. I believe that's why officers wanted to talk to RA's daughter's friends. If I'm remembering correctly.

I have just started to read the Blood splitter expert and my heart literally aches for Libby. She would of seen Abby incapacitated and likely killed before her very eyes to then have to fight her attacker. It’s all so heartbreaking for a child to have to face such evil.

ETA - I am not diminishing what Abby went though but Libby was alive and conscious when she was attacked and literally had to fight.

I'm struggling with OP's link -- error msg that URL is expired? Thanks for help.. x

The blood condition of Libby's pants was not mentioned/asked. The phone was said to be UNDER Libby's shoe, which was found under Abby. It took me awhile to get through Cicero's testimony. It was brutal. God bless those sweet girls
Thanks for clarifying that about the phone being under her shoe and not in it.

Yes indeed in regards to Cicero's testimony. It hurts to know they suffered.

Or maybe what they didn't want to see as it turned out? The way the blood expert testified it would have been impossible not to get blood on Abby's 2 bras, tank top, sweatshirt (the front side) and her skin redressing her after her wounds were inflicted. Leads me to believe those top items may never have been removed, just her jeans and under drawers. Just some thoughts.
Yes. I believe that as well. Abby was nude from the waist down at some point. I believe the top clothing items never came off.

yes it was quietly dropped. my wild speculation is once the confessions dropped any hope of bail went out the window.
Motion to argue Let Bail was set for that June 15th hearing. That was when all of the confessions came out in the hearings and it was the DEFENSE who asked for it to be continued IIRC. Makes a lot of sense considering the Court had just heard the confessions made by RA.

IC 35-33-8-2Murder; other offenses

Sec. 2. Murder is not bailable if the state proves by a preponderance of the evidence that the proof is evident or the presumption strong. In all other cases, offenses are bailable.

As added by Acts 1981, P.L.298, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.41-2018, SEC.1.

From same Delphi Docs Link:

The capacity of Richard Allen's Sig Sauer Magazines was 10; I know there were queries the other day, but these lab reports confirm 10 round capacity of the mags (third item down):

Thanks for this Vern. I suspect this may be a critical piece of evidence. The type of ammo., the empty ammo box (I'll guess a 20 round box), two mags retrieved, one had 8 rds. and one had 9 rds., the bullet in the box, the one in the chamber, and the one at the scene....equals 20.

IMO lives were ruined, as a result of this case, long before the D's and RA came into view.

I agree with you that it's not right but there's a difference between what's morally right and what's legally right. If it's found that the Ds actions are legally wrong, I'm sure we will hear about it in the future.
So is it morally wrong but not legally wrong, so it's OK to publicly accuse some men of murdering young girls, even if morally wrong to do so?

<modsnip: Quoted post was removed>
It's been speculated that one sock and one pair of underwear was missing. Someone posted the SW the other day on here. I'll have to go back and take a look. We might want to look at RL's search warrant too. Was the search warrant for KK ever released?

I have no control over what's moral or what's legal. I remember a couple of other people who got raked over the coals publicly. As I stated in my post you quoted: "If it's found that the Ds actions are legally wrong, I'm sure we will hear about it in the future."

Not the OP but I don't think it's ok.. It shocked me when I read those names in the FM. And it's even more shocking that legally they have no recourse to sue for defamation. Something is wrong with the system in that regard, IMO

I think that's the problem, they were just being zealous and it's protected, they're protected. MO

Am I miss remembering or in one of the Franks did the defense not claim there was little to no blood found at the crime scene?
Yes, they did say there was little to no blood at the crime scene---The defense did state this, even cruelly saying the victims were likely hung upside down and drained of blood, which would be used in later rituals, without even a shred of evidence of such bizarre findings.

The actions of the D are repugnant, no regard for the victims of the crime, worse than ambulance chasers. To think how the FM has been referenced as gospel facts of the crime, absolutely disgusting. MOO

All true, what McLeland write.
BBM
In response, the prosecution has sought to discredit the vast majority of the defense's claims, calling the memorandum "colorful, dramatic, and highly unprofessional."

"It's not completely true," wrote prosecutor Nick McLeland of the defense's claims, adding that the allegations made "are not supported by evidence

….McLeland further claimed only 13 pages of the defense's 136-page filing was relevant to their request for a Frank's Hearing and the "remaining 90% of the Memorandum outlines its fanciful defense for social media to devour."

In a filing on Tuesday, McLeland once again sought to pour cold water on the claims, calling them "unfounded allegations" supported by "absolutely no proof."

He accused the defense of "consuming the limited resources of the office and this court with repetitive motions that lack any factual basis.”

RSBM - this. And to be fair, many of us said at the time it was mostly wild speculation. i.e it was evident on its face IMO.

Yes - i.e the Morphew Strategy.
