I think she had a Borderline meltdown/hissy fit. And the kind of rage that must be inside of her, I'd be terrified of her meltdowns.

Yes, she's manipulative and a psychopath, mainly, but I bet her emotional out-of-control Borderline side is what happened today. She had to spend the night in the psych ward, and you just know that put her in a mood! Then having to face Travis' family?

She lost it. I have no doubt (I have a BPD sister, and you ain't seen a bad mood until you've seen a BPD bad mood!). A BPD psychopath losing it in court?! I'd love to see the tape, really! I bet folks will be telling their grandkids about that particular meltdown, lol.

And a convicted felon is just going to have guns drawn on them or something with that kind of behavior. I bet JA finally got a taste of what being convicted really means. She's been holding in her outbursts so they couldn't be used against her as evidence of any bad personality disorder, etc. I tell you she let it all hang out!

I'm not saying she won't eventually implode... I don't think she has yet, though. In her mind .. she still has much "work" to do... and by "work" ..I mean manipulation and machinations and destruction. She is in manifesto mode until it's ALL done and she is sentenced.

Did she just have free run of the whole courthouse, just the 5th floor, just downtown....???

Was the Sheriff's Dept notified ahead of time? Did they check with Nurmi or Wilma???

Perhaps for the same reason she was allowed to do it for the first two times. It helped the prosecution!

AND mostly, I'm anxious to hear what this Judge says to her when she sentences her? Judges often give a little speech and I am really anticipating what she will say. They have a poker face during the trial but that is their moment to verbally beat the daylights out of her.

SOMETHING tells me this Judge will go the route of "I sentence you to Death by Lethal Injection. You committed a heinous unimaginable crime against an innocent man and you have destroyed his life, yours, your family and his family and friends." blah blah.. give it to her good.

end it with "Nobody believes you, you are a liar, and again, nobody believes your stories and by the way they are stupid.. You're not even a good liar or story teller.. now, go to your cement cell and no pencils for you"

I'd love it if the judge gave her the big snub. No commentary at all. The defendant won't listen to or acknowledge it anyway.

"You are hereby sentenced to xxxxxx. Sheriff, now remove the convict into custody." (Then, bam, she's gone out the door not to be seen or heard from again.)

I may be reaching here, but maybe JA is genuinely afraid to be in general population. She has spent so many years in a cushy jail, hearing nightmare stories about GP in a prison. This business about the psycho ward may be to get into a less violent prison ( If there is a choice). Her Mother has said she wants to see JA in GP because she would be an asset behind prison walls. Then Mother says she may not speak up. Jodi may have told her NO!

She wants DP because she will not have to fight her way to find her place and is so terrified of GP.

So just remember no amount of tricks, stalling or anything else you have up your sleeve will change the fact that it is not about you. It is about Travis. That's why we are watching the trial, we are watching for a life lost.

I think you are right my dear friend. Granted, Nancy is pretty loud and sometimes obnoxious but, she does devote a loooooot of airtime, all of her airtime, to our missing.

I really think this is all it was. They were probably just referring to them seeing the interview.

Why should they worry about a juror seeing the interview ? Seriously, the murderer said worse, much more explicit, things when she testified for 18 or 19 days. All this junk about the DT and now the family constantly accusing the jurors of ignoring the Judge's admonishment is old and very tired. A 7 officer escort for the Alexander family and the murderer's interview don't seem to add up for some reason, at least nothing I can come up with.
