Authorities are asking the public for help in locating a missing man in the interior.

Forty-seven-year-old Leland Driggs Sr. was last seen on the 10th, leaving a home in North Pole.

Driggs is a member of the Greater Fairbanks Racing Association, and his family says he has a heart condition that requires medication.

Driggs is about 6-feet tall, weighs 160 pounds and has multiple tattoos. If you've seen him, you're asked to call troopers at (907) 451-5100

Wow...that's some unfriendly territory (weather-wise). Sad that this man has not been located and his family is still wondering.

I see that Mr. Driggs was taken off of the NAMPN and the Alaska missing persons website. I would assume he is no longer missing. However, a relative recently left a rant on an Alaskan Craiglist wondering about his whereabouts. I don't know what to make of this?

"My father went missing Feb 11th, 2006 His name is Leland (Lee) Driggs SR. I have had people call me and tell me several things about what MIGGHT have happened. I would to one day like to know the truth, bad or good the truth. In such a small town and no one knows nothing? Untill they figure this out my father will stay in a evidence lock up, how fair is that? Iam just a daddies girl looking for some people who we thought were our friends and *family* to help out hearts that hurt. If anyone knows anything about anything let me know please, My at the time 4 yr old wanted to know when he could ride in grandpas race car..... now I have to respond with never baby... "
