If only the public had known what James was enduring during the period before Sam's body was found. Then after the fact, (which was never publicly disclosed until now) he knew what Keyes had done to Sam's body.

In this article it say's Keyes showed LE the location where he had placed Samantha's body in the lake using Google Earth.

Keyes used Google Earth to show detectives where he'd deposited Koenig's body under the ice of a lake northwest of Anchorage, allowing them to find her. Parts of the gun used to kill the Curriers were recovered from a reservoir at Parishville, N.Y., and a cache containing a shovel and two large bottles of Drano was discovered north of Anchorage.

Omg I missed so much. He killed himself? One less sharing our oxygen is how I see it, but what a coward. At least he could have left a list of all of his victims. So, us Websleuthers are a pretty smart bunch...huh? Alot of us knew Sam couldn't have been his first, that he could have been a serial killer, predicted he'd commit suicide... Jesus. Sam's family is in my thoughts. May they all find peace someday.

could this actually be the possible reason for his suicide at this point in time?

in an article immediately up thread it goes in depth about how very much he cared for and loved his young daughter, and was very concerned for what she would one day endure as a result of his crimes..

could it be that this way IK will never be known as a convicted murderer OF ANYONE..IN HIS KILLING HIMSELF AT THIS POINT HIS DEATH ABATED HIS CRIMES EVER BEING PROSECUTED AND CONVICTED.. HIS DEATH FORCED THE CHARGES TO ACTUALLY BE DISMISSED AND WITHDRAWN FROM THE COURTS..

IMO I do see this is a possibility and a way of exerting what miniscule amount of control that he had left..which IMO quite possibly in his twisted mind he believed to be of great importance, as in the charges actually being dismissed, thereby technically he's never a convicted serial killer, actually becoming an individual that via death HAS ALL CHARGES DISMISSED(which IMO i dont really understand at all the reason that technical step is necessary)..but of course IANAL..

I find this to be so opposite of such type of psychopathic mind as that of IK's.. his inability to have any feeling for other human beings, his seeing them as nothing more than an object there for his pleasure, enjoyment, and entertainment..and the fact that it certainly appears as tho he's had these psychopathic tendencies and mindset from an extremely early age, if not from birth..

How then is he really even capable of knowing the depth of that type true loving and caring for another human, even be it his own young child, of his own flesh AND blood..TBH most individuals of this true psychopathology are INCAPABLE OF HAVING SUCH DEEP FEELINGS AND TRUE EMOTIONS OF ACTUALLY LOVING AND CARING FOR ANOTHER, BE IT EVEN THEIR OWN CHILD...

Most times truly it isn't at all about love or care for the child, but rather out of some other twisted "feeling" that in reality revolves and is centered completely around themselves...and having very little, if anything at all to do with actual feeling for and toward their child...

idk..just something that caught my eye in reading about his expressing his supposed deep love and concern for his daughter..and IMO that not aligning with what a truly psychopathic mindset that IK IMO obviously was...

This is going to sound incredibly mean, but I don't care about his daughter's reaction in the future. I care about the hundreds of family and friends of the people he killed and left in limbo with his suicide. :furious: :banghead:

The timeline shows Keyes, who had lived in Anchorage since 2007, traveled extensively throughout the United States over the past several years, and also entered Mexico and Canada. He had a pattern of landing in one location then driving long distances, so most of the locations are grouped by regions.

Serial Killer Israel Keyes' Defense Team Still on the Case

Keyes defense lawyers are still active.

"This comes to light because of a motion filed by the online newspaper Alaska Dispatch.

The Dispatch has moved in U.S. District Court to have all records in the Keyes case unsealed for public inspection.

In response, Keyes' lawyers -- a federal public defender based in Anchorage and a two-person team from a Seattle law firm -- have filed a motion asking for a delay in the release of any information."

I have a question. Someone mentioned IK was seeking "drivers" for his construction company. Do we ever know if he ever hired anyone? If so, could some of the financial records actually be an employee using the account, thus covering where IK is at any given time?
