    the second girl was VERY lucky that she didnt end up dead too!! hope they get this guy quick!

    I feel awful for the little girl, forced to stay in the room and witness her mother being violated like this.

    I doubt it will be long before they find this guy, if the reports are correct that he said "I'm going to die today" (hopefully resigned to the fact that the police will get him in short order). Let's hope that happens!

    Wanted Alabama man travels to Cleveland, turns himself in for murder, rape

    CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A 30-year-old Alabama man, accused of rape and murder in Alabama last month, turned himself in to Cleveland State University police Saturday after hitchhiking here from Florida.

    While CSU police were attending to an incident at Reserve Square, a man approached police about 7:30 p.m. and told them that his passenger, Ellis Lamont Patton, had a warrant out for his arrest in a homicide case, according to an incident report from the Cleveland Police Department
