    Yes, I had the iPhone3 and could not tether the iPad so I had to buy the 4. I also tether from hubby's samsung data. The phones become a hotspot Was the 4 around then?

    On the subject I've often thought GBC was so eager to prove that he was trying to contact Allison, it makes me sure he had Allisons phone right next to him when he made those texts to make sure they were received and showed up. It was his plan.

    Definitely IMO needed to be esteemed by men. Some males appear to judge other males according to their *****.:blushing:
    Dunno how this will go down in AGCC all the same.
    The thought has passed through my mind more than once that his sexuality was/is questionable. Probably best not discussed here. Comes under the topic of Gender Identity Disorder.

    From: Are Homosexuals Psychopaths

    1. failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviours as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest;

    2. deceitfulness, as indicated by repeatedly lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure;

    3. impulsivity or failure to plan ahead;

    4. irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults;

    5. reckless disregard for safety of self or others;

    6. consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to sustain consistent work behaviour or honour financial obligations;

    7. lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another.

    Maybe there were a few "selfies" of GBC on his phone and computer. The caterpillar story was just another excuse for a selfie that he could drool over later.

    I think TM is a very fragile person since 20/4/2012. Media would have mobbed her and she is not the type of person equipped to handle that sort of attention. She is also a prosecution witness as far as I can ascertain.

    No, she was from the Century 21 office. She was reported as stating to police that he did not cut his hand changing the light.

    If Toni is being 'specially escorted ' by the police, what does that tell you?

    Among other things, it tells us she is important to the Prosecution case. ... by extension, you could say, since she appears so far to be the only one escorted by police to the court, that she is the most important to the prosecution case. . it would be not an unreasonable assumption to make that Toni isnt too pleased to be under a court order to appear. .. that is.. I dont see her as willing and anxious to appear on behalf of the prosecution.

    And its one way of making sure she does turn up. I , myself, cannot see her getting to the court under her own steam. I'll bet that her escorts arrive quite early at her abode.

    I am convinced Toni has received some measure of immunity. a dropping of some charge... maybe failing to notify police of information in regard to a murder... maybe trying to pervert the course of justice in her first statement to police that Saturday morning...ditto in her second statement..

    Immunity was talked about . gee. a long time ago. some bloke in Ipswich was pretty firm about it.. Paul Tully?? it isnt a wild claim, really. its a tool used a lot in investigations and often it moves things along nicely.

    Because Toni has broken with the sturdy chain of BadenClay's , hasnt she... She hasnt just gone on, laying low, keeping quiet, never lifting her head over the parapet... calmly polishing the one gift Gerard gave her, the camera.. ( I am looking forward to seeing the photos Toni took..). doing the laundry , getting the boys off to school. Nope.. she has been spending a lot of time, a lot of painful time, I would assert, at the police station. Giving statements..

    Admittedly some things are pure habit. My hubby wears cuff links, tie and money clip every day. I can't imagine him dressing for work without them. It's an old fashioned dress habit he has from his Dad.

    Presumably GBC was getting dressed before he was really worried (well, that's his story anyway!).

    I think he could have a law suit against the razor company as well and while we are at it we could sue the lightbulb company, the vacuum company and the shopping centre for putting such a large obstacle in the way of getting to the doctors post haste!
