Unfortunately, like his car crash "tactic" buying him time, the fact that Allison was not found for 11 days has obscured whatever violence took her life. The best evidence we have of a struggle is on GBC. The autopsy lays out all the ways she may have died that cannot be ruled in or out. Personally, I think there was a struggle with her within arms length. A pillow to the face perhaps. She had a chance to scratch and bruise him. You just know there is going to be a tsunami of evidence with this case. I think the personal evidence from Allison's daughters and friends will be even more compelling than the picture the financial details and affairs painted. There is going to be a lot of QPS's high standard forensic information. Unfortunately he will likely still be given the possibility of parole in 20 years and that pisses me off.
