Appeals Court Says NO to hearsay because.....

The Illinois Appeals Court has said "no" to additional hearsay evidence in the Peterson/Kathleen Salvio case......evidently because the state didn't file the appeal in time! I can't believe the appeals court would take a year to come up with this finding:
