Unlikely any of these are this John Doe but here's a couple of missing persons cases that might be good to look at?

Cash Earl #MP74470L
Last seen about 7 to 8 hours away in Fort Supply Oklahoma on January 25, 1990, he walked away from Western State Hospital. Has Grey hair, and the same height as the John Doe. Has Similar rounded chin/face. Can't find any other information on Earl.

Donald H Major #MP28822
Last seen November 4, 1983, refueling his blue & white Cessna at airport in Vicksburg, MS enroute back to West Carroll Parish. 4 hour drive from Hot Springs Arkansas. I know the date is several years from John Doe's discovery. But maybe he wanted to go missing then ended up in a foul play sitution in another state? His plane was never found either. Grey hair and similar facial structure.
