Thought I'd share this in here just in case our super astros missed it.
They sure do look soooo alike to me. I'll look for TOB. I think Tuba said if someone dies and has ancestry.com they can find out the info. I dont have any of those programs so I'll try and search for it.


The man below is Caylee Anthony’s father… if you believe Michael Duggan’s mother, who is “100 percent certain” she is the dead 2-year-old’s paternal grandmother, and is willing to submit to lie-detector and DNA tests to prove it.

Casey Anthony's father, George Anthony, wrote in a suicide note that he had unanswered questions about what happened to his granddaughter, a revelation that undercuts defense claims that the toddler drowned accidentally and he helped cover it up.

On Wednesday, lead defense attorney Jose Baez asked George about his January 2009 suicide attempt. But when prosecutor Jeff Ashton later asked George if he had bought a gun five months before that, Baez objected.

With the jury out of the room, George said he planned to use the gun to try to get his daughter's friends to tell him what happened to Caylee.

He also said he never got the opportunity to confront his daughter's friends because law enforcement confiscated the gun the day after he bought it in August 2008. Casey was out on bond and staying in his home, and firearms are prohibited in a place where a person on bond is living.

Earlier, Cindy was called to testify. Baez began questioning Cindy and asked if she remembered her son, Lee Anthony, going into Casey's room at night. Prosecution objected and the judge and attorneys entered a sidebar.

Meter reader Roy Kronk was called to the stand once again on Wednesday. On Tuesday, the defense scrutinized the testimony of the meter reader who, it argues, moved Caylee's remains so he could collect a reward for the discovery. Wednesday, Baez continued to ask the same type of questions that were asked on Tuesday. Kronk seemed frustrated by the repetition.

His son, Brandon Sparks, testified just before Kronk and stated that he received phone a phone call from his dad telling him to watch for him on television. Sparks stated that he received the phone call in November, however, that month is inconsistent to when Kronk was asked to appear on T.V.
Prosecutor Linda Drane-Burdick was able to prove that fact to the jury. She said that Caylee's skull was found in December and the interview was scheduled after that time, proving that Sparks either made up the story or was confused about the dates.

Casey Anthony told a judge that she will not testify in her murder trial, and that it was her own decision not to take the stand. The defense has rested its case.

George Anthony's suicide note was shown in court to the jury. Some of the things that George wrote in the note were, "I'm tripping out," "Caylee here I come," and "I'm Sorry."

Casey's attorneys never produced any witnesses bolstering the claim made in last month's opening statements that she had acted without apparent remorse in the weeks after her daughter's death because she had been molested by her father, George Anthony, as a child, resulting in emotional problems.
Instead, their case primarily focused on poking holes in the prosecution's contention that Casey killed Caylee in June 2008 by covering her mouth with duct tape.

The defense's final witnesses Thursday included Krystal Holloway, a woman who claims she had an affair with George that began after Caylee disappeared. Holloway said he told her in November 2008 that Caylee's death was "an accident that snowballed out of control." George Anthony has denied having an affair with her but admitted visiting her home on several occasions.

They also recalled George on Thursday to ask if he had supplied duct tape he used to put up posters of his granddaughter when she was missing. He said he couldn't remember. Lead defense attorney Jose Baez also asked him if he buried his pets after their deaths in plastic bags wrapped with duct tape. George said he had on some occasions.

Prosecutors have begun their rebuttal case.

Casey's lead defense attorney, Jose Baez, began Friday by objecting to Cindy Anthony's work computer records and the testimony from computer experts that the state wants heard concerning the Anthony family computer and searches made for chloroform.

The state wants to present witnesses to counter some of Cindy Anthony’s testimony about when she was home the days web searches for chloroform happened. But the defense said the state had failed to disclose all the information that the experts planned to testify to.

However, prosecutor Jeff Ashton said the testimony that their experts would give really isn't all that new. Baez told the judge he needs more time to take depositions from the rebuttal witnesses.

"Guess what we will be here tomorrow and Sunday, till' this case is over," said Chief Judge Belvin Perry
"There are real problems and then there are imaginary problems," said Perry. "I will give you all the time that you need, but if i find out this is an imaginary problem...because these folks are ready to return to their homes."


He then said court is in recess indefinitely.

Prosecutors in Casey Anthony's murder trial finished their rebuttal portion of the case on Friday, and the judge said closing arguments will begin on Sunday.

The state began its rebuttal on Friday with testimony from a lawyer for the company that once employed her mother, Cindy Anthony.

Gentiva Health Services Chief Compliance Officer John Camperlengo was the first witness called Friday afternoon when the trial resumed after a morning-long recess.
Camperlengo answered questions about Cindy's work history during the week of March 17, 2008.

As the prosecution finished its rebuttal early Friday evening, Judge Belvin Perry announced that the closing arguments will be heard on Sunday, and court will not be held on Saturday.

Casey Anthony became angry and cried on Sunday as prosecutor Jeff Ashton told jurors during closing arguments that she murdered her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony, because the child prevented her from having a relationship with a club promoter.

Prosecutor Jeff Ashton said Casey wanted a relationship with her boyfriend, to go out with her friends and to live the carefree life she had before Caylee's birth.
"Something needed to be sacrificed, that something was either the life she wanted or the life thrust upon her. She chose to sacrifice her child," Ashton said during his 90-minute argument.
Ashton stated Casey had a choice saying, "A life tethered through a child or a life free."
"It is a trip down a rabbit hole into a bizarre world where men who love their granddaughters find them drowned and do nothing," Ashton said. "Where men who love their granddaughters take an accident, a completely innocent act, and make it look like a murder for no reason. A world where a man who buries his pets will take the granddaughter who was the love of his life and throw her in a swamp.

Defense attorneys countered that Caylee accidentally drowned in the family swimming pool, and that Casey, in fact, was hiding emotional distress caused by alleged sexual abuse from her father. Her father, George, has denied that claim.
Judge Belvin Perry ruled Sunday morning that there was no evidence of such a claim and that the defense could not allude to it in closing arguments. But Perry did say the defense could again present the drowning theory because there "is a reasonable inference that can be drawn" to suggest it.
Defense attorney Jose Baez began his closing argument by telling jurors they have more questions than answers, including the biggest: How did Caylee die?
"It can never be proven," he said. That alone should give them reasonable doubt that Casey killed her daughter, he said.

Baez said the prosecutors' case is so weak they tried to portray Casey as "a lying, no-good *advertiser censored*."

Baez said prosecutors' forensic evidence was based on a "fantasy."

"They throw enough against the wall and see what sticks. That is what they're doing ... right down to the cause of death," Baez said.

Judge Perry angrily stopped Baez's closing arguments after he referred to Ashton as "this laughing guy." Television showed Ashton smiling behind his hand at Baez's contention that the prosecution's forensic evidence was based on fantasy. One of Perry's written orders is that the attorneys not show emotion to the other side's statements.

Ashton apologized and said he tried to hide his expressions. Baez also apologized. Perry warned all of the attorneys that any other incidents would result in that attorney's removal from the trial.

Judge Perry angrily stopped Baez's closing arguments after he referred to Ashton as "this laughing guy." Television showed Ashton smiling behind his hand at Baez's contention that the prosecution's forensic evidence was based on fantasy. One of Perry's written orders is that the attorneys not show emotion to the other side's statements.

Judge Perry recessed for the day until 8:30am Monday morning.

Jury Deliberations Begin In Casey Anthony Murder Trial

Prosecutors in their rebuttal closing argument earlier Monday said the defense's assertion that Caylee's death was an "accident that snowballed out of control" makes no sense.

Prosecutor Jeff Ashton told the jurors that no one makes an innocent accident look like a murder.

"That's absurd. Nothing has been presented to you to make that any less absurd," Ashton said. He also spent significant time reminding the jurors about the forensic evidence that he says links Casey to her daughter's death, including the smell and chemical signature of decomposition in her car.

Lead prosecutorLinda Drane-Burdick followed Ashton, telling the jurors that prosecutors presented every piece of evidence they promised during opening statements back in May. Without saying it, she was pointing out that defense attorneys never presented direct evidence backing up their contentions that Caylee drowned and the death was made to look like a murder.

During Drane-Burdick's argument, Casey became visibly angry, mouthing comments and nodding her head.

"Responses to grief are as varied as the day is long, but responses to guilt are oh, so predictable," Drane-Burdick said. "What do guilty people do? They lie. They avoid. They run. They mislead, not just to their family, but the police. They divert attention away from themselves and they act like nothing is wrong. That's why you heard about what happened in those 31 days."

Burdick concluded the state's case by showing the jury two final, side-by-side images of Casey.

The other was of the "beautiful life" tattoo she got a day before her family and law enforcement first learned of Caylee's disappearance.

"At the end of this case, all you have to ask yourself is whose life was better without Caylee?" Drane-Burdick asked. "This is your answer."

Casey Anthony Could Go Free After 3 Years In Jail

Emotions are still running high after Casey Anthony was found not guilty of killing her daughter, 2-year-old Caylee Marie Anthony. After she's sentenced on her lesser charges, she could walk free.

The defense team gathered for a group hug with Casey just moments after the jury found her not guilty of first-degree murder.

She was found guilty on four counts of providing false information to law enforcement, with each conviction carrying a maximum sentence of one year.

The jurors, seven women and five men, would not talk to the media, and their identities were kept secret by the court.

Casey will learn on Thursday during her sentencing at 9 a.m. if she could spend her first night out of jail in almost three years since she was first accused in the case.

George and Cindy Anthony's attorney, Mark Lippman, told ABC's "Good Morning America" on Wednesday they last spoke with Casey Anthony before the trial began.

Lippman says her parents were shocked that the jury found no evidence against her because prosecutors "did a fantastic job."

Lippman said the Anthonys had hoped to get "some sliver of truth" about Caylee from their daughter during trial, but Casey didn't testify.
