I couldn't bring myself to "thank" your posts but I do appreciate your starting this thread for this lil fella.
So wrong. I hope these [unusual people] are made to pay dearly for this outrage.
Without names it is hard find MSM reports but this says her boyfriend will be in court in Thursday, hopefully it will be the start of justice for this poor boy.
This is a terrible case, and I hadn't heard about it before reading the news article below today:
Pogo Stick Death: Mum pleads guilty to manslaughter of her seven year old son in Oatley.
A bit more digging and I found this article about the boyfriend being denied bail earlier this year:
The Sydney Morning Herald, February 18, 2015
Just makes me so mad and sick! That poor little boy
In reply to a request, this case already is listed in the Australian Crime Case Index.
Mum who claimed son died after falling off pogo stick sentenced to 10 years jail

Ten years!!! Australia seems to be as bad as my UK when it comes to pathetic sentences. At the very least that mother stood by and allowed the boyfriend to torture her kid for months, eventually killing him. And then she tried to lie to protect his sorry ass after her own kid was already dead at his hand! How on earth is a mere ten years an adequate sentence?
I'll say this for the USA. America doesn't usually mess around in cases like this. If she did this in America I expect she'd face LWOP.
As for the guy, he calls himself a Christian! A Christian!!! I'd love to hear this *******'s take on what he imagines Jesus would have to say about his actions. And I'd want him to get a lot more than ten years!!!
Kodi Maybir has been sentenced to a minimum 31 years and six months in jail for the murder of his girlfriend's seven-year-old son Levi.
Separate names with a comma.
