I'm confused - Did SS live at 160 Mill Point Road with her sister? Or was she going to the unidentified man's unit? - this info would reveal a lot - if that's where she lived with her sister (& this would make it more likely that it was actually SS that the man saw with the unidentified man) -she took a man home that she never told her sister about;
or if it's not where SS lived, the unidentified man likely lived at 160 Mill Point Road...

JMO and thoughts...
This David bloke had a "killer clown" in his profile album on facebook. Perth is full of coincidences.

There will be some conversations come flooding back.
Sister lations probably hinted at it, but doesnt make them serial killers.
No doubt a very complex situation if communications unknowingly made their way back to the current POI.
Jeckyl and Hyde probably his much of it well. The doting family father.
Now shes probably assisting police.

In the CI episode, they stated SS had called a cab to Mossie Park - however, recently when it was suggested that the cab may have ignored the call, Bunnie advised that was not the case as the fare was one that the cabbie would have wanted because they would have been able to pick up another decent fare close by at the airport.
So, Bunnie if you're reading, can you confirm the destination of the cab SS called please? Was it definitely to South Perth as you implied recently or was it as per the CI episode who claimed the cab was called to Mosman Park?
Can you also advise what the cabby did when he got to the corner of Stirling/Stirling if you know please? Ie. slow, stop, turn the corner, wait..... Also, how/when did the cabby advise the fare was no longer?
The footage in the CI episode shows the cab driving straight through the green light at the intersection down Stirling Highway but the dialogue states the cab stops at the red light where the driver looks left up Stirling Rd. If he did not turn up Stirling Rd nor stop at the intersection, its possible SS was there still, perhaps being subdued somewhere near her last verified location standing against a bollard outside BC Body Club. If this was the case, my guess is whoever took her was either already there waiting or they pulled over under the guise of asking her for directions or something. If they had a roadmap out, obviously she wouldn't have been able to show them from the passenger window if they were in the drivers seat so I think its possible she may have opened the door and even got in if that were the case. Or, once she came close to the car, they jumped out with the map and once on the passenger side they threw her in. The 90secs max between the guys stopped at the red light who saw her before turning right up Stirling Hwy and the cab arriving makes no sense to me. I have to think the cabby just didn't notice whatever was going on and she was still there somewhere. Unless, they could have been parked behind the printers and called out to her to assist them - maybe looking for keys etc.. They'd have all the time in the world if she had been tricked into voluntarily recrossing the road and had walked behind the shops and the cabby would never have seen her. Although it is possible she knew whoever it was and got into the car voluntarily, I don't think so. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll get an answer as to what the "not random" means anytime soon either, considering it appears to be forensics they are relying on to connect the 2 murders. Blitz or trick is a much easier method to explain in that case.

Both Gay Street & Fountain Way are close to Huntingdale Primary School.

Voodoodoll76 also mentions the following (link below to post and also info re LJB disappearance)

"I can also say that Lisa Brown who disappeared from Perth City in 1998 also attended Huntingdale ps- she was in my younger sisters year."

Hi Spinnaker - there's even a Bradley Street near Gay St! What a coincidence! Makes me wonder what is buried in Southerland Park being so close to Gay St. Although I'm not sure the killing started till late teens. I would imagine he hung around the park though. MOO

Hi No name - Mosman Park is nowhere near the airport - probably a 40 minute drive to airport. South Perth is about 20 mins to airport.

Some suburbs get Casino runs and airport runs possibly because of well off people or business people live there. Cabs like dropping people off in particular suburbs because of this on a Friday or Saturday night. My dad once caught a taxi home late at night (not to Mosman Park) and he said I guess you'll have a hard time getting a job now but the guy said .. likely in the next few minutes I will get a trip to the casino and I will be set up for the whole night.

Precisely my point Spinnaker, hence with Bunnie stating a few pages back that the driver would have wanted that fare as they would have been able to pick up another decent fare from the airport, that implied to me that the destination given was South Perth. All reports state she called a cab to Mosman Park though. Bunnie?

Good point DRT - back in 90's after a certain time only casino open.

No flights running at this time though.

Yes, definitely from that corner.
And the destination was to a reasonable suburb with a chance of picking up some sort of airport work shortly after. He would want that fare.

I'll answer my own question. I do not see how the above implies the destination was to South Perth. Bunnie can confirm what she's thinking....

"Picking up some sort of airport work shortly after" does not imply a 2am fare from Claremont to Mosman Park to me.

There was always midnight horror runs to the Eastern States leaving about 5 or 10 minutes before midnight. I caught a couple of those. Perth is a 24 hour airport and I believe was at the time because of the late flights. This allowed planes to leave late from Perth and arrive in Melbourne or Sydney when the airport was opening. Also, if someone had an early morning flight international at around 2.20 - 2.30am maybe someone wanted to be at an international airport at 3am for a 6am flight it does sound feasible.

Re-watching the bit on Crime Scene Investigation is that SS and her sister and friends went to an open air concert at Kings Park before the OBH and CBV.
In addition in the re-enactment about the 7 minute mark how creepy and dark the street is perhaps going via a carpark on her way to the phone. Others have said this is dark before.

Bunnie was talking about Spiers call to Swan Taxis asking to go to South Perth, which I assume she means that it would put the Taxi closer to the Hotels and Motels along Great Eastern Highway, or even the City should anyone want a taxi to the airport.

Those flights are called the "Red-Eyes" because passengers land over east with barely any sleep, and can go straight to an office for work if necessary.

So the accused possible also attended the open air concert and then followed SS and her friends!?? Long shot!

Yes, like you, I believe Bunnie implied the taxi was called to go to South Perth.
Bunnie has also confirmed there was only ever ONE call received from Spiers, despite what Steven Ross said, it was on the night she went missing and she made it from Stirling St just after 2am.
So why does the CI episode, The Australian Missing Persons Register and Crimestoppers all say the cab was called to Mosman Park NOT South Perth?
