Been trying to search for the previous death on the lawn to find the exact address, so I could do a title search. No luck as yet.
I was hoping that real estate ads would have to disclose murders on properties, so have been having a search through real estate sales, but alas it doesn't seem to be a legal requirement in WA.

I'd imagine that blokes that are into that sort of thing, model trains, planes, dioramas get quite passionate about it.

Which leads me to a new thought, what if someone mistakenly perceived that Gerard was a burglar? Maybe caught him on their property looking through a window at the planes?

Neither attacks seem to of resulted in any of the usual Jacob Hort's combat 18 crew being arrested again. Must be an unknown, so I'd imagine that the SSIG would be very interested in JD Schildmann WordPress websites. IMO

The officer actively in charge of the GR investigation was questioned.

The Gerard Ross murder inquiry was seen as child abuse related, I think?---Yes. Which explains why Detective Senior Sergeant Miller was assigned to it for a period?---I don't know why Senior Sergeant Miller was assigned to it, but yes; it was obviously child abuse-related.

I think this may be just what happened with GR and I too doubt the involvement of the CSK accused.

It's struck me that the woman who a couple of days after GR disappeared saw someone dressed and looking like GR walk away from an orange car similar to a Datson but was persuaded to go back to the car. Possibly saying It's OK we're taking you home??
The woman was so concerned she did a U turn and followed the car. Supposedly this was investigated ... but who knows?

Having the taxi driver V. Silcih living in Rockingham and capable of mindless brutality, seems there are a few people that should be looked at again, like they did in the Morcame case when B. Cowan had been interviewed and reindentified at the Inquiry on Morcame's death. Was he the suspect that only needed a skerrick of information more to arrest him, when the friendship between his cop dad and the cop in charge may have been a mitigating factor? How did his girlfriend die?

I'll post in the GR thread, a 1997 west pix image of the exact location GR was supposedly found as I haven't been able to find this previously.

This seems to be upside down (looking north to south instead of south to north) to the usual way of looking at the may where GR was found

I can't imagine why anybody would take the risk of dumping GR at the site of the biggest criminal explosion in history by one of WA's most notorious criminals at the Mines Dept munitions Depot inside that pine plantation on Stakehill Rd Baldivis.
It just didn't make sense. Surely after Everett that place would have CCTV and sensors installed everywhere. Whoever it was must've been lucky to avoid detection or came in on a back track and knew where everything was. IMO

I first thought it was a racetrack because of the shape and it was near horse training facilities. Some of the news reports did say he was found near the mutations dump. I have an image that may show security camera on the pole to the right of image, What do you think? Baldivis and Stakehill roads weren't sealed then, and this is the corner of the facility IMO

There were reports they were looking for a white ute seen in the area, could this have been seen on cctv?
