Now my comments / impressions

This company was initially incorporated as SGDK holdings in Early 2011 - Around the same time SG arranged for "Work" (unpaid) for LH.

There is nothing about being a "caterer to high end athletes" contained within. In fact, nothing really happened with the business until after LH's death. No ABN's that were deactivated, no GST reported.

I know marly herself posted a drug link today, and IMHO this is how the lifestyle was being supported.

And perhaps where the startup funds came from too.

This business *empire* cough cough was only being established while he was free on bail awaiting trial. I find it interesting that the changes to officer holders transpired once the pre-trial hearings were underway. Just an evasive maneuver to ensure that he couldnt have the investment touched, and perhaps to claim no finances for the Judge Only trial.

I might have a bigger dig around later, but for now I need to think about ironing uniforms for work.

(Of course, that doesn't really surprise me at all, not with what we know about him)

I wonder if RL's legs are in any of those displays of 'shoes'. Bit-part actress, unknown model .....
 
So since 2004 it seems, SG has owned the domain name healthdelivered.com and a few associated TLD's. At the moment, it is parked for ad-link spam, with a for sale button..... going through the wayback machine and other historical screenshot tools there doesnt have EVER seemed to have been a website in existence, nor any email addresses using the domain.


for .com's you do not need an ABN or ACN. for .com.au's you do.


It seems in mid 2011, he registered the NAME with ASIC, but did not incorporate a company nor apply for an ABN - nor lodge any income, tax or GST.

The registration of a name in the ASIC database costs $70 for two years, whereas company incorporation is $444.

Doesn't seem to match up with rent of close to $1000/week!

Attached is the ASIC name record.

I guess I'm totally giving away my career before I turned to nursing here! o_O

Nothing in my research today links to a "high flyer" at all.......If reqistering domains and making websites meant that, I doubt I would be a nurse right now..........

But it does point towards a misogynist who thinks there is a market for other men to give their girlfriends the shoes she should wear.........

I think it was TGY who posted a link over a week ago advertising those lavish Hyde apartments. The rent was in the range of $1,000 to over $2000 per week!!
In order to pay that amount one should "EARN" that amount and more first.
How is that so?

Within Justice Lucy McCallum's verdict is part where he expects Lisa to pay electricity, phone and some other item. (Amounts that appear paltry by comparison) Her income has been curtailed severely due to SGs orders.
She tells him he is a horrible horrible man.

Got very good at stalking competition / making offers to buy domains etc. the real estate is quite competitive. So for health delivered I'd probably have been offering about $1-2k - mainly because it had been held so long - didnt have any thing to tarnish it (well, aside from the owner) but no traffic or page rank.

Shoe candy would be significantly less, even though it does have an existing site. 3 views per day is less than even the coldest of cold cases here on WS get. It's not worth ****. Which is why I snort at the "business high-flyer" headline.

An article from today;s 'Australian' gives some info on - whose initials might "DK" be? BBM See below.

Gittany is also the sole shareholder in online retailer Shecandy, which trades as Shoe Candy, and describes itself as "a premier supplier of seductive shoes for women".

Gittany was an equal partner in Shecandy with a personal trainer he hired to work out with Harnum, but ASIC records show the trainer sold his stake to Gittany some time between July and August 2011.

Doesn't give the name of the trainer, but he/she is likely blameless for anything and would not want to be associated with this convicted murderer.

BBM - I agree. My concern is that there is NOTHING to point out that the shoe business was in existence prior to Lisa's death, except perhaps the ASIC March 2011 Name change which could be the appointment of an additional shareholder. I also believe that you and Fuskier are correct as to the identity.


From 125 in the transcript:
The accused denied ever telling Lisa Harnum that he did not want her to go to any gym (T671.34). He said that she
had been training with Daniel Karpathios but that she stopped because he gave her a list of food to eat which was
mainly carbohydrates. The accused said she felt bad that she wasn't following what Daniel asked her to do in terms of
eating so she made excuses not to go to the gym (T671.44). Daniel Karpathios also said that Lisa Harnum had made
"excuses" when she stopped training with him (T408.3).

I guess, there is no evidence of any business dealings that are above board, or representative of the company existing (Im not sleuthing DK - only trying to pinpoint the alleged "income") or trading prior to Lisa's death. Startups do take time, but there is always a trail.

In full admiration: Well done Justice Lucy McCallum:Guilty Verdict means Justice done IMO.
