Scotland you can get on a train down south of England, it’s slow but you’re in Scotland within the same day. Did this trek often in the 90s. It’s the same country in immigration terms. Close to Yorkshire too.

Well he did appear to have studied quite a bit of the published information about his case before he appeared at the inquest.

That is quite a property history for a pensioner and carer. Even if renting, they’d need 4 week bonds upfront etc. Perhaps plausible for one or two relocations, but this many? Surely the number of times they’ve moved, and shortish durations of some stays, would raise the prospect of criminal activities/be worthy of scrutiny by law enforcement????
