It is an estate development called Brookchester Manor consisting of 61 "apartment" dwellings which were built in 1984. )

Perhaps these reasonings she gave for all the moves are the exact reasons she gave Centrelink each time they moved. It would be a playbook in her head. Moving to Melbourne " my son went to Uni there"
