I'm thinking it may be possible that Centrelink and maybe the ATO has taken a fresh look at him.
Pretty sure start time was 10am all though the previous days. It only changed to an earlier start yseterday to accommodate the European witnesses.Perhaps the later starting time for the inquest today is to cater for RB and his needs.
A lady I met who lived in a retirement village and no longer drove, relied on the retirement villages bus.
She could no longer get to meetings that began at 8.30 , because the driver didn't start work til 9am.
'
So maybe RB is relying on that kind of transport.
Totally with that...... working in community services for many years, even centrelink wanting a review (that’s starting point) means a long journey of providing all your docs etc..... maybe he provided some medical conditions again from google as proof if he can’t get his horse accident paperworkI'm thinking it may be possible that Centrelink and maybe the ATO has taken a fresh look at him.
The hence was outside the quotation marks, which makes it the dialogue of the writer and not within the scope of the quote from the newspaper. So grammatically, @KeenSleuth17 is correct. The German original doesn't have a "hence", though... Sorry.
Ooh, where did you see there's a younger rellie giving evidence? I must have missed that.Do we know yet who the younger relative said to be going to give evidence is ?
My guess is Evelyn Reid, the daughter of Ilona.
Yes that's most likely it.Pretty sure start time was 10am all though the pervious days. It only changed to an earlier start yseterday to accommodate the European witnesses.
It was mentioned here within the last week or so, regarding this current Inquest resuming.Ooh, where did you see there's a younger rellie giving evidence? I must have missed that.
Don't forget the parrot!Wearing an eye patch and a wooden leg......
Is there a list of people who are appearing? As in a court list?It was mentioned here within the last week or so, regarding this current Inquest resuming.
Said to be a younger relative to give evidence
Revolting old man. No Hawaiian shirt but it's too cold up here for them right now.Over on TLV page I just saw 7NewsBrisbane footage - old mate was driven in an hour early, escorted by Sheriffs though a back door. Not dressed in his beach wear! Using a walking frame, looking frail .
Special privileges my @r$e!
Curses! I think he’s at least semi-listening to his barrister. He looks like he's spruced up more than he was, even apart from the clothes.
A good haircut.
I guess we should be grateful he's breathing. He didn't look frailer than last year IMHO, but remember recently he was filmed coming home carrying shopping with his wife. No wheelie walker then. And a pretty unstable pathway too.He looks like he's spruced up more than he was, even apart from the clothes.

Exactly. I realise he's elderly, but it's primarily for show ( IMOO of course)I guess we should be grateful he's breathing. I’m betting we’ll get a lot of “I don’t remember”s and “I don’t recall”s to start out his testimony then. Wonder how long he’ll stick with it before breaking down into his gobbeldy-gook “I can talk my way out of anything” testimony.Yes I'd say that his lawyer is responsible for his makeover.
