    What is opinion of fellow posters.
    Will he plead guilty to manslaughter.

    maintain his innocence.

    I think the toxicology will make his position clearer, but he, his lawyer and his dad strike me as the types to go for an innocent plea. And I think the audio tape has no precedent. Is a weird one.

    I think he will fight it all the way & do a GBC & get up on the witness stand himself.

    I hope that he will plead guilty & spear a trial & Warriena's family.

    This is such a awful case :(

    I'm pretty sure he won't be digging it in jail. :jail:

    This is a guy with a huge sense of entitlement and serious issues with authority figures.....and now he has to do absolutely everything he's told.

    How sad for him.......:shame:
